What our clients think of us!

Carpet didn't really clean up that well. The cost was outrageous.

Your products are effective. The service was excellent.

Clean, fresh, friendly, professional, nice techs!

Andre said it would take 4-6 hours to dry. He left at about 4:30. At 11:30 PM it was still soaking wet. We set up a dehumidifier and fan and ran it all night. Today it was still wet. About 5:00 PM it started to feel dry in most areas. It feels stiff like wet clothes that have been left to dry.

I loved the performance of your employee the way he came in and did a very wonderful job I will tell all my family and friend about your company

Jamal was excellent, worked hard and successfully cleaned stains.

Did super job. Operator very competent

The service was quick and thorough, Andy was curious and professional, and my carpets are clean.

I very much lilked my technician, Andre. He is a personable young man and eager to fix any problems you have regarding your carpets. The work is done quickly and the drying time is also quick, and the house smells so good with your products.

the technician that came to my house was very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant. love the fact that the carpet/furniture is soft to the touch not crunchy unlike other companies. it smells so good and it looks so nice. I even recommended them to my sister in pittsburgh

He got the stains out and very nice!

Excellent and efficient carpet cleaning.

I saw neighbor getting your service and walked over to ask if they had time to do mine. I heard about you on radio and wanted to try. He agreed and did my house right then and there. Very happy with the clean I got on my DIRTY carpet. Pleasant smell after job was done and I don't feel dirty when I walk around bare footed. Am glad that I was home when you guys were in neighborhood. Very likely to have your service again! thanks

The carpets are clean and Andy did a great job. Dried quickly and they look great.

Professional, no residue, and smells great!

Professional service. Minimal chemicals

Carpet looked great.

Our tech was very nice and did a good job. The only thing I noticed was a lot of little pieces of lint or dog hair bundles were left behind. This could be because I didn't have a chance to properly vacuum under the furniture. But there is no denying the carpet is cleaner and looks better.

Great service and done in a timely manner

Everything. Erik is an awesome asset to the company.

I like that their aren't any harsh chemicals and the carpet dried really fast

I thought all furniture including beds was going to be completely cleaned under.

Had 2 stairways done and one bedroom, carpets never been cleaned and 10 years old, I was very impressed with how the stairs turned out, I figured they are 10 years old and high traffic area how much can it help, but they really look a lot better!

The services can be immediately provided upon technician's arrival

Quick friendly service, nice results.

Clean carpets and furniture is what we wanted Alan’s that’s what we got with zerorez.

No toxic chemicals! The techniquans were very knowledgeable and professional. The carpets looked great!

There was no difference in the carpet after cleaning.

We had a large area wool rug and it's matching smaller entry way wool rug taken in by your service man to be cleaned at your site with your special wool cleaning machines. We could not be happier with the results and highly recommend your service. We also want you to know how very impressed we were with the young man who picked up and returned our rugs. He was extremely friendly and quite professional. He answered all our questions and even unrolled and placed the rugs in their place. Keep him! He is a great representative for you. Thank you, Name removed
