Had five rooms and stairs cleaned by zerorez. Was very impressed on the professionalism
of the technician named Justin. He explained everything he was going to do in advance
and asked if I had any questions or problem areas I was concerned about. He went above
and beyond to meet my requests leaving my carpets looking and smelling clean and fresh.
Will not hesitate to recommend Zerorez to family and friends.

False advertising, I received a coupon, 3 rooms from $129, I had two rooms and was charged $142. I think the coupon should state the maximum square footage. I believe the price I was charged was unreasonable for living room, one bedroom and area rug for $319.
Technician was a nice young man, very courteous and did a great job.
I'm just not satisfied with what they charged when I had that coupon.

I was looking for a gentler approach than the usual carpet cleaners .. very impressed with the care that William gave to my carpet with every step .. liked the new dirt loosening machine ..and that there was no soapy residue! I would definitely recommend Zerorez and William !
There was an extra charge that was not disclosed when booking appointment, I think all fees should be disclosed.
I had my tile cleaned, and the results far exceeded my expecations! It is like new. I have rugs being cleaned as well, but am awaiting their return. I am sure they will look fabulous. The customer service was superior as well - everything from making the appointment to the service day and follow-up was seamless.
The smell it leaves your house .it's wonderful. Cleaner than it has ever been. Thank you the fellow was very nice. And polite.

Our carpets look fantastic, the house smells great, and Andre was very personable and friendly. We couldn't ask for more from a carpet cleaning experience.

5. Tech answered all of my questions, especially those related to the safety of the materials that he would be using and how they might affect my puppy.

6. This was the first time we have had our carpets professionally cleaned in a number of years. They now look like new!!!
We shall try to have carpets and chairs cleaned every year from now on.

It made my 15 year old carpet look new again!! It was amazing!! I never expected it to clean so well but I was amazed and surprised at how well it did!! The cleaning tech Andy was very professional knowledgeable helpful and very quick I was amazed at how fast he was able to get everything done!!
