Tech had faulty equipment and this was late getting started. Felt he rushed the job as a result. Grout looks only marginally better. Not pleased with the whole experience. Will likely use another company going forward

Technician was very nice and serious about his work. The carpet looks like new and we are very happy with the results.
Everything went very well, the gentleman was on time, did a great job in a timely manner and the carpets look great. The only thing that was a little disappointing was how long it took the carpets to dry - at least 24 hours, when he said about 4-6 hours. However, the humidity was quite high on the day he cleaned, so that may very well have been the delay in drying more promptly.
They were able to come clean the very next day. My carpets have never looked as clean as they do! The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly.
