Nice people and on time
I think everything was cleaned thoroughly, I was just surprised at how wet the carpet was for as long as it was. We put our own fans up and that seemed to help. There was quite a bit of fabric protectant residue left on the hardwood floor that I mopped up and several water droplets on the basement stairs and near the front door, which are hardwood as well. I'm glad I checked it. Not a major issue, but could be prevented or at least recognized and cleaned up. Both guys were very courteous and explained things.
Non-sticky carpet good for the pets
I was very happy with the results. The young man who was here was Jamaal he was very professional explained the process to me and ask me several times to check the areas that I was concerned about,He was very well mannered and I was as impressed with him as I was with the results,The carpet looks great and feels wonderful on bare feet.no residue at all.
The carpets were virtually dry after being cleaned
The technician that came was very friendly and answered all of our questions. He was very professional and patient as our 2 young children asked him a million questions about what he was doing. Not to mention, he did a fabulous job. Our carpet looks brand new and smells great. It is not crunchy at all like you get sometimes with chemicals. We plan to use this service again in the future as we are very pleased. The price is very affordable too!

Cleans carpets really well and no ""crunchy" carpet residue.
We had used ZeroRez before and had a great experience. We had a dog that would dribble by the back door out of excitement when we got home and the spots came out perfectly when we paid for the pet treatment. This time you can still see every spot and it was treated in one area for pet stains yet we were charged for 2 treatments. Additionally the tech said he was changing the invoice to be two rooms because he only did two rooms yet we were charged for 3 plus the 2 pet treatments. I was expecting to pay around $160 and was charged almost $250.

Simple, fast, no chemicals, hassle free except the scheduling mixup
When I called to schedule the cleaning, mentioning the ad I saw in the paper for 3 rooms cleaned for $139, I shared that I only had one room of carpet, but an adjacent room that was tiled I would like to have cleaned - and could I still use that offer. They said yes, did share that time was a bit more expensive, but didn't see that the charge would be too much more. I was shocked when technician arrived and said it would be $100 more then I expected. He offered to have manager call me, I said that would be great - no one ever contacted me or made any attempt to make things right. I felt like I got the bait and switch since I had moved all our furniture and was having guests in a few days for a major event. VERY DISSAPOInTING
