Take a little longer on dirtiest spots. He did well and I know I had some challenging spots.

When Spots occurred on my carpet during my cleaning, it was almost two weeks before the re-cleanig could take place. That was too long.
Dried quickly and removed pet odors
It wasn't that the carpets were not cleaned well. The problem that occurred was when the stain guard was applied. I know the young man didn't do this on purpose, but after he left I noticed that while using the spray bottle some of the liquid had gotten on my laminate floors. It has been impossible to get that off the laminate. That was my only disappointment.
Of course, the humidity was very high, but my carpet took over 24 hours to dry. Other than that, I am happy with the appearance of our 15-year old carpet, and the technicians were prompt and friendly.
Gentlemen who came to my home were very friendly and efficient. My couch felt cleaner and dried quickly after treatment.
Quick. Smelled great
The cost quoted price by phone should be the account charged at the time of service, especially when a previous year record is on file and used to give the quote. Andy and Jeffrey did an outstanding job on my carpet however.
Service and carpets look great.
The team that came to my home was so friendly and professional, and the carpets looked and smelled great when they were done! And they feel so soft when they are done drying!
Speed of service
The nap in the traffic areas did not come up with the steam vacuuming. The tech did not use the brush pro, only the pre spray and then vacuum. I had to vacuum again when the carpet was dry to get rid of a stiff feeling on the carpet.
There was only one spot on the carpet which is only 2+ years old, about the size of a quarter, and despite my asking the tech to go over the area twice, I had to work on it more after the carpet dried to remove it. All in all, my carpet actually looks worse in some areas from a wear standpoint, than it did prior to the cleaning.
The technicians were friendly and courteous and worked very fast. I was embarrassed at how dirty the carpet was and they did a fantastic job. It is 13 years old but really looks almost brand new. Andy actually gave me a better deal than I originally had and saved me some money.
I paid extra for pet stain removal and the new stain is still present. I am satisfied with every aspect of your service except for this.
My carpets look great!! Mike was on time and very courteous! He did a great job and I am very happy with my service.
I wanted to have some furniture cleaned in addition to the three rooms I was scheduled for, (just a few cushions, not even an entire couch), but the pricing was outrageous. $180 for a couch?? The cleaner said pricing wouldn't change just to do a few cushions.
That was more than 3 entire rooms. It would have been an extra $554 to have 3 piece of furniture cleaned, on top of the $140 to have my rooms cleaned. It just seemed really excessive.
The work and time of job done
I have a spot in the living room that I didn't even know I had. The area on the floor wasn't wiped up after the chair was washed and you could see suds in places on the floor. He said he couldn't clean around the toilet because of the size of his hoses. The hallway still has spots which he said we might not see for a few days. He was right.
We just weren't aware that there would be these limitations to the process. Thank you for listening.
He also asked to use our bathroom, which I agreed to, but thought was an unusual request.

They did a very good job of cleaning the carpet. They were polite and courteous. After they were done, they did a walk around with my daughter as I wasn't here.
The next morning (Sat. 1st) I noticed some areas in the din.liv. that looks like they need a little more done. I was hoping on having them come back when they are in our area to just do those few areas. I was going to call, but I was pleased with your service and wanted to do this survey.
