The technicians have always been professional and up front with the work they are going to do, especially with stains. I never have felt there were hidden costs. I'm also impressed with the speed and results of the job done.
Our carpets are very clean! The technician, Tevin, was very professional, friendly, and helpful.
I love everything about this place. The process is easy from start to finish. The customer service is outstanding, the tech that came to the house explained the process and checked with me throughout to see if I was totally satisfied. I'll not use any other cleaning service.
Matt did a great job- he was extremely thorough in explaining all my options and what would give me my best result.
Matt was so kind to my little dog, and when my kids started coming home from school he was answering all their questions about what he was doing and why.

Our carpet came out spotless! Our chair came out very well but all spots weren't able to be removed. Overall we were very pleased with our service, and our technician was timely, polite, and knowledgable.

Your representatives were professional and got the job done in a timely manner. There were a few spots they were able to remove. However, I still see traffic patterns, especially in the master bedroom.
I like that it doesn't use soap, doesn't have a strong smell, and is pet and baby-friendly.

There are stains in my carpet that were not there before you cleaned them. My carpet looks like it needs to be cleaned not like it just was cleaned. I have always been happy with your company before but not this time.
I would say that the carpets look and smell fresh and clean. The tech was extremely knowledgeable and personable. Tevin did an outstanding job. I may have to have him come back for one very small missed place on a small tile floor however overall I was very impressed. Not the cheapest vendor on the market but overall a job well done.
