Zach was techician performing the service; he was excellent! He took the extra time to clean the areas thoroughly I was most concerned with. The carpet is 20 years old and looks almost new again! I will definitely use this service and ask for Zach.

I like the fact the carpet dries fast and with no chemical residue. Also, the guaranteed callback if not satisfied with initial cleaning. My carpet looks much better after the second cleaning on the high traffic areas.

I also really liked the fact you initially gave me a two hour arrival window and then would call with a 20 minutes "heads-up". It was nice not to be tied down to have to stay home waiting on an unknown arrival time.

The overall cost of cleaning the carpets should include stairs. The idea of having to pay for each square foot is a gouge! The overall job turned out well and due to the fact that I did have the invoice from the last time prevented the charge for the stairs.

The Zerorez company was very polite from the beginning. The two gentlemen that came out to the house where both prompt, polite and well put together to represent there company. They both took time in explaining the process and anything they found during the cleaning around the house. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them to all my friends and coworkers.

Effective service, professional staff.

I was charged 200.00 dollars for only 9ft of a strip of carpet. It wasn't even a room. I was told it would cost $48.00 dollars and some possible extra charges, I found out I was charged for a service fee and waste of water and 9ft of a strip of carpet for a fee of $200.00. I have never been charged a service fee and waste of water from any other carpet cleaning company. I had complained about previous time your company stated a price and I was charged a higher price for five rooms. I only had four rooms cleaned. I was told they would check into it. Here it is 1 month later. No one has called back with follow up. I also don't like getting charged for a price and not given an invoice showing the amount. I don't like getting an email after I have paid for amount that doesn't make sense why I'm being charged for the service. Your company is too expensive for me and also my friends. I'm on the fence about using your services again
