This is the first time to have this carpet cleaned. We expected the "trail" where we frequently walk between kitchen and bedroom to come out cleaner. He explained that sometimes the fiber is mashed down. We have not had another carpet cleaner so have nothing to compare this with. The workman was very nice, careful and polite.
The person that came to clean our carpet was extremely polite and knowledgeable.

Arrived as scheduled, reviewed cleaning plan & costs, got it done, cleaned up equipment & was gone. Very nice job by an efficient young man.

I like the fact that it was short and quick meaning your individual was in and out of my house in two hours. I like that it was dry within four hours. I like the two part system and that the individual explained it to me. I have always clean my carpets by myself using no chemicals in just water and it always looked good but your system looks a lot better. I will from now on out I will be using your company.

My carpet is 3yrs old. I had it cleaned by another company twice, and both times the carpet showed dirty very fast After the 2nd cleaning, I noticed the same greasy feel I felt before when I ran my hand over the carpet. I called them back, and when the man felt the greasy area, he informed me who ever I had clean before was the cause. I informed him it was his company. He then rinsed the bad area and the rest of the carpet. I pointed out the bad area to Steve, a Zerorez trainee. He explained how Zerorex worked & began cleaning in the bad area, then had me feel the area. It still had a greasy feel, but not as bad Steve called his boss to find out if there was something else he could do. He worked diligently on the area, and I watched soap bubbles being flushed out of the carpet possibly coming from as deep as the pad. It's whole bad area. It's been 2 days now, and I just ran my hand over the area. I can still feel a very slight greasy feel, but not over the entire 3x5 area . Steve did everything he could to undo the damage that another company failed to do. The rest of my carpet looks new. The other carpet had dog urine stains & I was going to replace it since I had just lost me dog, but since the cleaning, I can't see any stains. I will replace the 3x5 area with extra carpet I kept. I give Zerorez, and Steve, the trainee an A++. Name removed

Steve, your rep who actually cleaned my carpets, was terrific. He was thorough, polite, and efficient. I would give him a 10.
The problem lies with the appointment process. When I called (at least a week prior to the actual appointment), Melissa told me that my appointment was set between 12-3. However, the day before, when the reminder call came, the person told me that the appointment was from 5-6pm. When I told her that I had been promised an earlier time slot, she offered no reason for the change.
Even more disconcerting was Steve's response. He said that during the prior job (which he thought was his last for the day), my appointment just "popped up." Obviously, someone made a mistake. But, no one apologized (except Steve, who has no responsibility for this error.). So, I give the office staff a 3; possibly, a 2.
The couch that was cleaned doesn't appear to be any more clean than it was prior to the cleaning. If anything, it seems worse as the fabric dried wrinkled and a new ring of something has appeared.

Price was a little high compared to your competition and carpets didnt look overly clean afterwards. Seemed like little effort made to get out a few of the smaller stains.
No chemical residue. Safe for pets.

My appt was Sat 7/15/17 between 10 & 12. The tech called at 10:17 am and said he would be there in 30 minutes. He arrived as he said, he got everything setup and told me about the process. The tech and myself walked the areas to be cleaned and we went over a couple concern spots. He started the process and then he had issues with his truck. He made a couple calls, to try and figure out what the problem was. After sometime, I walked outside to see if he was able to figure out the issue. At this time he stated he thinks it's the water pump. Said he talked to his boss and he was going to go back to the shop and get his truck. At this time he said he would be back in 1 to 2 hrs. The tech said he was sorry and would see about getting us a discount. I stated that would be fine, and the tech left at 11:32am. So an hour passed and then 2 hours passed. I had to call and cancel my appt that I had made and was not happy at this time. At, 2:55 I get a call from the tech and said he would be there in about 20 to 30 minutes. Now we are going on 3 hours. The tech arrived and stated that he was sorry for running late, but his boss sent him onto another job. Ask if anyone called and I stated no! So, the tech brought in his equipment again and started the cleaning process. After he was completed, we did a walk around and things looked pretty good. At this time he ask for payment and stated that he could only take $10.00 off for the issues he had with his truck. I was very upset at this moment, here I wasted my entire afternoon. This service call was handled poorly by Zerorez, no follow up calls and then to find out he was sent onto another appt. So, from my view our appt was not important to Zerorez! Then the tech said he would apply so fabric protection on the carpet areas. Which was applied using a hand spray bottle. Sorry, but I have had other carpets cleaned and they never applied fabric protection with a spray bottle. Very unhappy customer!
