The value of price and what was offered was not what I thought it would be. I have pets and pet stains, they were cleaned and treated and the stains look as they did prior to cleaning. The house still smells like pet odor (dog) after the cleaning. We had the deodorants applied and standard cleaning. I have had my carpets cleaned before with another company- while it was not "green" I had the same level of cleaning for half the price and while the house still smelled like pets- The concerned pet stains were removed. I chose zero-Rez based upon the idea my carpets would be left -extremely clean. It appears that is only true if I had chosen to use the "upgrades". Service technician was polite and courteous and followed all standard procedures. The problem is the expectation (online video) of what is offered and not receive that level of cleaning.

I'm a lady who keeps her word, and I expect to receive the same consideration from others. I found Zerorez to be of the same caliber. My carpet was cleaned twice by another company that left residue causing dirty spots in one particular area. Steve, the young man who cleaned my carpet, worked tirelessly on that particular area for over 35 minutes. I waited a few days to make sure the carpet was dry, and noticed a few dark spots in that particular area. Understanding what Steve explained about fast drying time, I asked Zerorez to return. Steve returned and rinsed that area again, and when he left the area was already dry. I've used a white towel to test the area and there is no dirty spots or residue. i am a very happy customer. My carpet looks like it was just installed. I programmed Zerorez phone number into my cell. Thanks to Steve, the young man who cleaned the carpet, and to Zerorez for standing behind their word. Everything was explained to me prior to cleaning and what may or may not be able to be removed I am very pleased with the results.

The work that was done and the results that were achieved were very good. Your technician did a very good job. The problem I have is the cost. You guys are way to high and had I known you would be that high I would have never contacted you in the first place. I will not call you back for another carpet cleaning because your cost is way out of balance.

Did not see any difference from this company's completed project compared to previous companies used. Carpet seemed to have a streaked appearance once it finally dried. The drying time was longer than the 5 to 6 hour projected time. The charge for the water disposal was unexpected considering the tank was drained down my street drain. Cannot say i will use this service again.

Very professional and on time. We had an issue moving into our new home where previous owner's cat had urinated on the woodwork and floor. Jeffrey was very helpful with recommending product to take smell out of carpet.

The service person arrived in a timely manner and went straight to work. He worked very diligently and asked several times if there were any problems spots or if I wanted to look over what he had cleaned. The carpet looks nice and clean and will definitely use this company again.

I scheduled service to be done while I was away at camp. That was my fault, but the pressure from those who were not involved said the timing would be right. Three vans were sent. When I scheduled the service it was for the entire building and missions home as we have done the past 3 years. Melissa gave me the price. She said they would notify me before if they would send multiple techs or if we needed multiple days. I received an email that they were coming on Thursday with no details.

Someone met pastor and went over all the areas. Since pastor was trying to save money, he declined having at least 3 rooms cleaned. This does not do the entire building each year as I scheduled and it didn't save us one penny from the quote Melissa told me on the phone. Three vans came and they were to begin with the missions home which was disassembled since Wednesday in preparation to have the home cleaned. The family made plans to be gone all day Thursday so your techs would have freedom to clean and allow plenty of time to dry. They called and said they would be here at 8 am and would start with the missions home. They arrived around 9 am. Throughout the day, our music pastor which lives in the home, checked with the service techs and they said they would get to it eventually. At 4 pm the service tech met with our principal and music pastor and was given his cell phone number and the home was left open all day so they could gain access. No call, no show, no explanation, etc. On Friday, I arrived into town to hear that 3 vans were sent in comparison to 2 last year, that the service took longer to complete, and that several times the techs were seen on our video surveillance system enjoying a break, which I'm sure they needed, but that the music pastor's home was never cleaned, he was never called, and his family displaced all day so they could enjoy clean carpets.....

When I called on Friday I was informed that the missions home was never included in the scheduled job or price and that their schedule was full and that they would try to get to it whenever they could. A family of 5 with 3 small children and schedules, naps, and Friday was supposed to be their day off to put their home back together was very interrupted with no sense of what they should do. Later that morning a tech did call and say he was on his way and he arrived just before lunch time. When he was finished, I went over to check it out and he had only done the main house and not the living room/side room. He had no idea there was a side room with carpet that should be cleaned. I assumed since we've used you for 3 years there would be some knowledge to our premises and instructions to techs if they were new to our facility. Needless to say, there were at least 2 people in our facility not impressed with your service, time, communication.

I'm thankful the job that pastor verified was complete and the carpet looks good in most areas. I've always enjoyed zerorez and their philosophy of no chemicals, empowered water. I received a survey with our invoice and spoke with pastor and half the things on the list were not done. I assume since we're a repeat customer it wasn't necessary, but can't fill out a survey when so many different things were going on.

You got rid of a lot of old residue from carpets. Pleasant and helpful employees. Also letting me know they would be delayed to start work.

Quick, courteous, works and reasonable

The service staff explained every step in cleaning process and didn't try to hard sell extra services. Since we have an older home with antique furniture, there is little room to move things aground. Both Zerorez personal move things as necessary to clean. We have pets so stains were on carpet. After cleaning, stains were gone. Carpet look great after cleaning even though it's over 30 years old. This was not the first time Zerorez has cleaned my carpets and won't be the last.

I found the tech was very helpful and friendly. He explained every detail of the cleaning and even got out some very tough areas.

The technician was friendly and professional. He took care to treat the problem spots I identified as well as any problem spots he noticed while cleaning. We will definitely be calling ZeroRez back for our next cleaning!

Be a bit more thorough with the carpet in terms of getting to more of it. I felt that some furniture that could easily have been moved, like bedside tables, were left in place and the carpet underneath was not touched. Same for behind doors.

I was really impressed with how much the carpet pile returned to the way it looked when it was new. I gave it an 8 because I still had some larger spots that didn't come out that I was able to go back and lift out with a spot cleaner. I think the cleaning process that Zero Rez uses broke up the larger stains and made it easier for me to go back and get them out myself. The smell of the carpet is amazing and makes my house smell fantastic. Just wish that they could have worked a little harder to get those larger stains out so I didn't have to. Had my stairs cleaned too. They look great

The technician that came out to our house did a very thorough walk through with us and never made us feel rushed! He was very friendly and did a great job on our carpets!! Our carpets look great!!

You really need to plan ahead to get an available date.
