Carpets looked great, the employee was super nice and professional
I felt like it was a switch and bait. I had verbally agreed to 5 rooms and a hall for 213.00..... The day they came I had to be rushed to hospital and my son met them.. they told him they had a better deal for 5 rooms and it was $247.00......They did a good job.....I just did not like the increase in price. Would I use you again.....probably, but I would want the quote in writing.
My original phone call with Brittany setting up the appointment seemed to go fine. I told her I had never had carpets cleaned before. I also told her the carpet was new and had never been cleaned. She walked me through all the rooms I wanted cleaned, the pre-cleaning I needed to do, and what to expect. I thought I was ready to go.
When the technician arrived I learned that the rug in my living room had to be taken off site if I wanted it cleaned because it was made of wool (we had to guess) it was going to be $600ish dollars and you would need it for 10 days. The kitchenette rug (made from carpet) and the whole reason I decided to have you come out- had to be cleaned on the garage floor or patio. She never mentioned that, I did not clean the floor in my garage or patio. I ended up having the rug taken to "the Rug Spa" to be cleaned.The technician was knowledgeable and empathic.
The project ended up costing more than I wanted it to and more than quoted. The carpet took a lot longer to dry than stated, the stain did not come out of the dining room carpet and I am out my kitchenette rug for 10 days. At least I know now that you can't clean rugs on hardwood floors (everyone must know that but me) and know I can say I have had carpets cleaned before. There is nothing you can do, I understand what happened and how.
Timely service, pleasant and helpful technicians and clean carpets!
Cleaned the carpets over a week ago and while there was zero ventilation in the basement, no fans were left (last Tuesday). The carpet or pad has still been wet and began smelling strongly. After repeated calls, a manager told us on Friday, that someone would bring a fan over. Nobody came. After we called Monday at 8:30AM, we were contacted at 5:30 pm stating that someone could come clean again, which is the last thing we want. We then asked for SOMEONE to bring a fan to help dry the pad out (we had to buy one ourselves last week). They said they would find out but since they left at 6 they might not be able to contact us until Tuesday. We still have not heard anything. The communication and customer service has been the worse possible.
I really appreciate from a fellow business owners perspective the follow up and handling of a concern that your president took care of -- Greatly appreciated.

The carpet didn't look great when the young man left, but now after it has dried, all the spots are still there. I did a better job when I rented a machine. He was a nice guy, but don't know if he didn't do a good job, or your product is no good.

There is a strong musty mildewy odor coming from the carpet that was not there before. Smells like you used dirty water. I wont be back.

The carpet's clean citrus smell is wonderful and it felt so good under our feet the next day. Very soft...as promised. And they indeed dried in about six hours.

I first asked to have 4 rooms done and was quoted 195.00. Then when your employee arrived I showed him what I was thinking of having done which was a small bathroom, a small bedroom a 15' X 15' living room with a little tiny entryway and asked for a discount or to take care of a couch. His response was that he could provide me with the " 3 " room special, but it would now be $ 225.00 !!!! but offered to do the entry mat so I agreed. Ihad to leave in a hurry to pickup my son from school and when I returned,he Entry mat was dry and up on the love seat and the Couch hadn't been touched !!!!! I'm done with you guys.
