Quick, thorough, personable
Nick arrived on time and took time to explain what was involved in their process. A previous owner had installed white carpet in the bedrooms. Our small dog had left urine stains in several
places throughout the house, but especially in the small bedroom we use as our office.
When I scheduled the appointment I mentioned the urine stains she told me that it was unlikely that their process would remove them, but since ZeroRez was recommended by 2 of our neighbors, I decided to schedule the cleaning. Nick was proud of the job he did and rightly so. The white carpet was spotless. Kudos to Nick for taking the extra time to totally re move the stains. He has an excellent work ethic and ZeroRez should be proud to have him as a representative.
I subscribe to the "You get what you pay for" theory, and when I researched the market there were other companies that offered a cheaper cleaning, but they had a number of unsatisfied customers. ZeroRez did an amazing job for us and when my carpets need another cleaning I will definitely go back to them

Timely and complete
Two men were sent to my apartment--both very friendly, informative, efficient, and helpful. The cleaning the carpets plus the sofa all went off without a hitch. As expected I was charged the fees for deeper treating of the carpet for dog urine stains plus for the protective spray. The apartment now smells and looks so much better. Hopefully, all of their work and products will endure over the months ahead. Well done!

The techs wouldn't perform what I scheduled.
The scheduler should have clarified their limitations when I scheduled the cleaning.
They won't clean area rugs on hardwood! If they really use less water what is the problem? They took my large area rug in for cleaning which costs 4 times as much as cleaning in house.
They wouldn't clean my upholstered furniture because it is S fabric which should have been discussed at time of scheduling.

Service was great. Technician was friendly, efficient and offered great solutions and suggestions to our concerns. Timely, helpful and very knowledgeable.
The technician was courteous and described the additional treatments we could opt in for and the told me the cost upfront so that I could make a decision. The carpet looked really good after the cleaning.
They do a great job!
It overall wasn't done well and I was pretty disappointed. There were spots not even gone over it felt like he did it in a hurry was supposed to be there about 2 hours and was done in like 45 minutes. We had an L shape space that was done in 1 bedroom and there were spots that were missed. I didnt like that he didnt close the doors in the rooms and do behind them. It felt like none of the edges in 2 of the rooms were even done and he didnt even do the whole hallway. I paid for 3 rooms and a hallway and really the 1 room was a little L shape and so it feels like we were over charged especially cause it wasn't done properly. Just really disappointed
Although I "get it", I dislike it when disclaimers are the first things said when a technician makes a house call. Having said that, our newly cleaned couch looks great. Already knew Zerorez is great at carpets.
Service was excellent. Easy to schedule, even when I had to reschedule in short notice.

Dwayne serviced our carpet and sofas. He did an excellent job.
I liked everything presented to me, and it looks like it all worked. Looking at my carpet it looks brand new. The mannerism of the Tech was very nice, the way he explained different products to me and how they worked. Will definitely CALL AGAIN.
