Incredible job cleaning carpets on newly purchased home. The carpets were much dirtier than we thought. Carpets cleaned up so much better than we anticipated. I will have Zerorez clean our carpets when they need it again.

The work was done as stated and the employee was a hard worker, timely and friendly but I was disappointed that the result of the cleaning did nearly nothing to clean up the high traffic area.

Carpets came out very clean, Zach was excellent and courteous. It didn't take long to complete my carpets.

Not only were my carpets cleaned very well, the gentleman who came called me ahead of time (which was good, I was his first appointment, 8 am!), warned me about having to keep the door cracked, which would make the house cool, wore his booties, cleaned everything very well, and was very professional. No irritations about the customer service, cleaning job - nothing!

Beautiful result

I was supposed to receive a call letting me know my appointment window but never got one. I had to call twice to find out my time slot was between 3pm and 6pm. I ended up getting a call around 5:15pm letting me know you guys were running behind but would be coming. The tech arrived just before 6pm which was fine but was noticeably aggravated about his day and used some language i didn't care for. I'm just glad my kids didn't hear him. He apologized for being behind and for the language. The cleaning itself went great, he was fast and did a very good job. Overall I was somewhat letdown because I've only heard great things about your company and staff.

I had to ask if the rep would go under the dining room table, which he then did. Find a way so the outside door does not have to be 80% open for the hoses. It was quite cool and furnace did double duty,
