Both times we have used Zerorez the service has been great! Staff is professional, courteous and do a great job of explaining the process.

Then, of course, the product. Leaves my carpeta looking and smelling like almost new.
Don't know how you find your employees but you are doing something right that most other "service" companies don't seem to know how to do. Your product would not be as successful if it were not for them.
The guy did a great job. He was very protective of the house. I would recommend the service.
I would also ask some questions about hidden costs or anything else. There was some differences in what the girl setting up the appointment vs what I actually needed

I don't have any recommendations for improvements. I just found that in the 48 hours that followed my service the rooms that were cleaned simply smelled like wet dog, I prefer a more "clean" smell. I understand Zerorez is chemical free, so that detergent smell will never be.
The service was quick and the carpet wasn't wet after the cleaning, and there was no cleaning residue.
I like that detergent wasn't used so there is less chance of trapping dirt. The cleaning process was able to pull out the dirt and grime out if the carpet including the high traffic areas. The process released the packed down nap and made my off white carpet like new again.
Matt did a great job to make the carpet look as nice as possible considering it is an older carpet.
He seems to have a passion for working at Zerorez. He educated me on how to keep carpets in nice condition.
We will use you and would recommend Matt for any future work.
Generally removes most stains in carpets without the use of chemicals. Carpet itself has enough chemicals that cause increased bodily toxins. I have no proof that the intensified water is chemical free but I am hopeful that it is.
Not satisfied with the results. If the area being treated isn't able to be cleaned then be up front and tell me this won't work instead of charging me $200 for one room!!

The technicians are professional, the carpet dries quickly.
The technician was lovely and very professional, I just wasn't satisfied this time with particularly the stairs. I would've thought some the dirt stains would've come up but it doesn't really look like they've been cleaned. I knew that some stains that were from "slime making" in child's room wouldn't come up so thats to be expected, but overall there wasn't much improvement.
I like the flexibility and your ability to fit us in to your schedule with short notice to meet our needs during remodeling

I do not like giving my credit card so someone can type it in on there phone. Why don't you use square or something similar?
I was disappointed. I moved everything from the room except the couch which in the past with other companies they would simply clean around and then slide couch over and clean under it.
