Recon was able to remove a lot of stains. The carpet looked wonderful when he was done.

I liked the follow-up from the online scheduling service. The technician arrived well within the specified time and was done promptly. There did not appear to be any residue left and the rugs dried very fast. The steps to my basement were filthy and now they are very clean. This will sound silly but my basement rugs seem very bright and fresh.
Great job. I was testing the product on my basement rugs. I plan to use ZeroRez again to clean my upstairs rooms and stairs to the second floor.

Loved how much time and care Erik put into our job. The product dried quickly and was very satisfied with the plush feel of the carpet when he finished. We had some deep pet stains and the Zerorez pet treatment worked wonders!
Thomas took great care not to damage anything and your “pre-clean” sweeper machine is amazing! I had swept all carpets first but what he still was able to get out of our carpets was unbelievable! I will highly recommend Zerorez.
