We like that the company doesn't use harsh chemicals that damages the environment.
You did a great job. I am not upset about the quality of work, it was just very expensive. A lot more expensive than the company I usually use but I would recommend you again. Wish I could have gotten the upstairs done too!
I love how clean each room looks and smells when they are done. It dries quickly and the technicians are always so polite!
The service was top notch!!! Explained all treatments and why they were needed. Carpets looked brand new after they were done. SO MUCH BETTER than the "other" carpet cleaning companies. I would and have recommended to other people. Keep up the good work.
I paid extra for pet treatment and it did absolutely nothing. The carpets to me really do not look any different than before your gentleman cleaned them. He did do a good job on the dinning room chairs.

My carpets are clean and soft. Their system does not use a lot of harsh chemicals. The cleaners are very professional.
I liked the nice guy that came out. He was very professional and never judged me because my dogs had peed and pooped on the rug. He gave good suggestions and worked hard. He was always very polite and asked permission before entering into different areas.
Way too many phone calls. The tech was great, but the phone calls almost daily were too much. I had a scheduled time and was asked three times to change my appointment. I work and scheduled the service around my work hours, so I couldn't move it. The tech did a great job and was very nice.
Erik was on time, did a walk through to discuss problem areas and he went to work. Not a single negative. Just moved into this house, carpeted areas were filthy, could not force myself to walk barefoot and now I can. Carpet dried quickly, no ripples from soaking. No heavy scents that always say it's covering up something. Zerorez will stay in my house file!

We were very pleased with our carpet technician, Matt Fielder, who was very courteous and explained the procedure with us prior to the cleaning. This was the second time he came to our house (8/23/17) b/c we had a stained carpet in the basement that did not come clean after the first treatment (8/18/17). It was from a spill from our emptying our dehumidifier which left iron/rust stains on the carpet. I called a few days after our first cleaning (8/18/17) to see if he could come back to retreat this one area. He did a wonderful job with the rest of our carpet in our house, but this one area in the basement was very difficult to clean. Matt worked on this area a long time on his second trip and used a different method. At first it looked like the stain was gone but unfortunately after it dried totally the next day, the stain partially returned. I understand that this stain might not be totally eradicated but I know he tried really hard to please us, so I don't fault him or Zerorez for not being able to totally remove the stain and I would definitely use Zerorez again in the future.
My sunroom rug actually looks worse after cleaning than it did before, very disappointed. Felt like your employee was in a hurry to finish
Professional and courteous service. Drying time was so short and carpets looked great!
Friendly, professional technician. Carpets weren't soaking wet, so it allowed for us to continue business operations. Would be helpful if technicians brought "caution" signs or even small orange cones when carpets transition to a hard surface.
I like that it's "clean" cleaning. They've always been able to get my desired date for services.

My carpet has lines in it. I was hoping they would go away once I vacuumed it a few times they would go away.
I always am just amazed how wonderful and clean my carpets look after Zerorez. The technician is always so friendly, I am impressed. He does a good job and works hard... and is very polite. Believe me, all that matters.

I thought I was going to have to replace my carpet and it came out great. Looks new again. You guys did a great job!
There were ALOT of large stains and basic wear left behind. Especially were we removed the plastic mats under our desk chairs... the dirt and dust that collects around the edges of the mats from shoes... especially since we don't really use chemicals, oil ink or grease here... so its just regular foot traffic. So we are not sure why you were unable to get that up, along with some other regular stains. We were very disappointed, especially when you told us you do a pretreat that should get those stains up. It smelt great when you were done, but that was about it. We were really hoping for a better job.

Our technician Matt took time to explain the Zerorez procedure, did a walk-through with us to look at and discuss the areas to be cleaned in our house prior to beginning to clean. He was very polite and did a very thorough cleaning job. He did not hurry through the job but worked diligently on problem areas of our carpet. We like that the Zerorez product does not leave a soap residue which is why I chose it rather than another carpet cleaner.
The tech was extremely polite and professional. He took the time to assess my needs and to go over my carpet and couches before cleaning to ensure he knew any and all problem areas. Upon finishing each item, he would ask me to assess it and ensure there were no areas in need of touch up. He did a very thorough job. I WILL be using Zerorez again. The service and the quality of the work were amazing. Zerorez exceeded my expectations.
