The carpet looked like it did before I had it cleaned. The high traffic areas didn't look like they were cleaned at all. The first day they was to show up I had to call them and find out where they were. She told me there was an emergency and the technician couldn't make it.. I think that I should at least be partially refunded.

Prompt and friendly technician. He explained what he would be doing in the cleaning process.

the 3 high traffic area's, 3 x 3 ino rooms are still dirty as I cleaned one by scrubbing resolve cleaner and using a white towel to see what came up.....showed much dirt that i don't think a steam type cleaner without some brush / brissel action removes.

Technicians work hard and leave with my carpets fresh and clean!!

Love zerorez- 3rd time we have used. Would not use anyone else, clean rugs stay clean longer because no residue, always on time. They are very professional and neat,, so glad found them also I have had them do my sectional and dining chairs so happy 😁

The technician was very professional.
He did not try to talk us into a lot of extra services. He was very efficient. Answered out questions satisfactorily in terms we could understand.

It took over 5 hours for my carpet to dry -I had to run ceiling fans and a heavy duty box fan until 8:30 the night of the cleaning. The carpet was not fully dry enough until the following afternoon to move my furniture back into place.

Honestly, it has looked cleaner in the past when I have had zerorez come in to clean my carpets.

Your company normally does a wonderful job. this time not so much-it is disappointing to pay $160 and the carpet looks about the same as if I had used my own personal rug doctor.

I do want to say that Mike (the technician) was prompt and very nice.

The person that came out to our house was incredibly nice and showed me with a black light spots on my carpet from our dog. He was great to work with and did an excellent job cleaning the carpets. They were nearly dry an hour later which was wonderful! Made the house smell great and got rid the dingy smell.

I had your company come out a second time within 30 days to re-clean my entire house and while the technician was here he did an acceptable job. When he was ready to leave the carpets were wet as they should have been and looked okay but after they dried the carpets remained streaked---which was the problem that was created by the first cleaning. I am very disappointed and will not recommend this company or use them in my home again.
