I was told pet's urine stains would come out of my wool rug and they did not. They did take the rug back and clean it again; but stains did not come out.

Good cleaning service, they missed a couple carpet edges at door way into laundry & powder room. The area rugs cleaning on site an those done at your facility was excellent. I have already spoken to two neighbors with recommendations. Also the drying time is best we have experienced. Keep up the good work.

Jeff was polite and very good at his job.
He checked the labels on the furniture to make sure everything would get done satisfactory. He explained any ripples and it left a nice smell of freshness. I turned on ceiling fans to help dry..
I liked how professional my service tech was. He went over everything thoroughly...made sure I understood & was comfortable with what he was doing & then walked me thru everything he’d done after. Jamal was wonderful! My 16yr old carpets look great!!
