Really nice thorough job! Protected corners and furnishings. Really got the job done, especially the stairs which probably hadn't been cleaned in ages or even vacuumed in ages by former owners. Our service tech was super nice and picky about how it all looked; gotta love that👍
The technician was very friendly and explained the service completely. He did a very thorough job and completed it in a short period of time, I thought.
Also, after the job was done, he cleaned up all his gear so no one would have ever known that I had just had my carpets cleaned.
There was so harsh chemical smell and I could actually walk on the area that he just cleaned. The carpet was not soaked and by morning it was dry.
I was impressed by the product and application and the technician's knowledge.
I will use Zerorez again!!
Very pleased overall. Shower floor did not get as clean as we hoped.
The carpet is 15 years old, so I know it wouldn't be perfect. Several stains were not removed. It does look better, but I was hoping for more stain removal.
Eric did a great job cleaning my carpet. He asked about any areas that needed special attention and cleaned an area entering the dining room from the kitchen which is difficult to keep clean.
I have always cleaned our carpets myself with lemon scented amoneia and a rug doctor which doesn't leave a soapy residue that I found just makes carpet get dirty quicker. I expect this cleaning system will do the same - no shampoo left in carpet.
I do find the chemical smell used in cleaning lingers so I hope by tomorrow morning it will be gone. Thank you for your great service.
Really like the fact that there is no sticky soap residue left after cleaning.

My husband and step son suffer from food and environmental allergies, the fact that the carpet was clean without using harsh chemicals was a huge selling point for me.
I have had my carpets cleaned by two other vendors and they had rusty spots afterwards and spots came back right away. I was so shocked how well my carpets came clean. I have bragged to everyone I know how Zerorez did such an outstanding job. The guy that came out was very nice and did an awesome job.
The fact that when everything dried, the carpet actually felt softer than before even when it was new !! Looked like new , And no residue crunch when you walked on it ...
I liked that he got into the small places, and when he was finished, there wasn't little balls of fuzz around the edges, and I didn't need to sweep to "soften" the carpet. He was very pleasant and polite! Would gladly have him come again!
