The technician that worked on our carpets yesterday was probably the best at getting our carpets clean. We have had the same carpets cleaned several times before by Zerorez but this time he was extremely thorough. I believe his name is Will and the next time we make an appointment, we would like him to come back and take care of our carpets.
I like how the carpet is not wet when they finish.
I also like how the carpet looks like new.

Your advertised prices vs your actual final pricing is false advertising. For example, you advertise cleaning carpets in two rooms for about $100. I got two rooms cleaned and it cost about $200. Charging $1.50 per sq ft for a rug vs wall to wall carpet is a joke. Some work/process on both - nothing justifies the up charge
The young man that cleaned the carpets was very informative and did a very good job! My carpet is about 20 yrs old and cleaned up real good.

The tech who came to my house did an excellent job and had superior customer service skills. His name is Kevin. I would highly recommend him, as well as ZeroRes to all my friends.
Poor customer service. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Had to keep calling to communicate. I've used Zerorez in my home before and I have to say you do a very good job as far as getting the carpets clean. But this experience was different than my home experience. I told the gal that someone would need to stop by to pick up a key fob so they could get into the building on Sat. On Friday before the 1st appt no one ever showed up so we had to reschedule. The following Friday it was 3:00 and still no one had been by to pick up the key fob. We had to call to remind them as it was getting late in the day.
That in addition to all the phone calls I had to make to even get someone out to give us a quote was too much. And when the quote was finally put together it was wrong. Too many mishaps - doesn't give the customer 'warm fuzzies' about the business. AND, they still haven't returned the key fob that we said would need to be returned. That was two weeks ago and still no key fob.

We were very excited to have our carpets cleaned. I was going to use a highly recommended local company. However, a friend of mine uses zerorez and since we have children, we thought that might be a better way to go. I was at work when the tech called, so I left a key for him to clean the carpets. We had 4 rooms cleaned. I have texts messages showing the process started at 1:34 and was complete by 2:09. That seemed extremely fast to me, but I figured it must be typical. When we arrived home, we were very disappointed in the way our carpet looked. It didn't even look like it had been cleaned. It still wasn't dry so we thought it might look better the next day, but it looked the same. We own a carpet cleaner that my husband uses on the carpets and Zerorez didn't get the carpets any cleaner than they get with our carpet cleaner. We just feel like we wasted our money because our carpets look exactly the same, pretty disappointing.

We never received a call two days prior to our visit with a time window. The day of our cleaning we didn't receive a call 15-45 minutes before the technician was supposed to arrive. Our carpet now has streaks in it (like parts look clean and other parts look awful), it looked better before the cleaning. I'm very disappointed. I would've said something to the technician before he left but the streaks didn't appear until the carpet was dry.
The first time we used ZEROEZ this past June, we had several buyers remorse issues:unexpected reschedule,dramatic up sell doubling the price, wet and smelly carpet for three solid days.
We decided to give it one more try. This experience was far more satisfying! Our November carpet cleaning was on time, economical,and dry in hours. The technician was very courteous and thorough. This is what we were hoping for! It matched up to the advertised glowing testimonials.
