Our carpet came out spotless! Our chair came out very well but all spots weren't able to be removed. Overall we were very pleased with our service, and our technician was timely, polite, and knowledgable.

Your representatives were professional and got the job done in a timely manner. There were a few spots they were able to remove. However, I still see traffic patterns, especially in the master bedroom.
I like that it doesn't use soap, doesn't have a strong smell, and is pet and baby-friendly.

There are stains in my carpet that were not there before you cleaned them. My carpet looks like it needs to be cleaned not like it just was cleaned. I have always been happy with your company before but not this time.
I would say that the carpets look and smell fresh and clean. The tech was extremely knowledgeable and personable. Tevin did an outstanding job. I may have to have him come back for one very small missed place on a small tile floor however overall I was very impressed. Not the cheapest vendor on the market but overall a job well done.
