There was a totally different (clean) smell when you walk into our house. Our carpets looked almost new!!! Which is insane with 2 cats and a dog!

I am very satisfied with the customer service rep I dealt with as well as the technician who did the job. He was polite and thorough and did not try to upsell me on anything. However, I am not happy with your marketing. Why do you advertise one price, and then charge more by adding on a water disposal fee at the time of booking? As far as I'm concerned, this is false advertising and caused me to initially cancel out making an appointment. The only reason I decided to give you a try is because a customer service rep then contacted me and gave me a $20 off coupon. But that wouldn't have been necessary if your ad had indicated the actual amount. For heaven's sake, just advertise the actual price! If it's going to cost $224, don't say that it is $209!

Very easy to schedule, they called and gave me the expected 2 hour window, and called 30 minutes ahead of arrival. My carpets are clean and my house smells great! What else could I want. I also appreciated not being sold add on services. Thank you!
Smelled so fresh & good while cleaning & after, Product really brightened up my carpet.
That almost all the spots from food and drink came up. Even the spots that could not be removed are a lot less noticeable. This is a light beige rug that had not been cleaned in 5 years. Zach the technician answered all my questions about the process of cleaning our rug. He represented his company well. I have nothing negative to say about the cleaning. Will recommend this company to friends. Thanks for a clean carpet.

Convenient, removed old stains
They are the best in the city. Very respectful and knowledgeable in cleaning carpets. They were thorough and the carpets and upholstered chair look wonderful. Very pleased with the results.
Jeff did a very good job on our carpets! There was one room that had a few spots but I think there were shadows in the room making spots difficult to see. Came back to clean the spots and everything looked great!

Although you are very expensive compared to other companies I have used in the past, you do take care of problems well. My carpet isn't great, still, but it is getting older and maybe just won't clean well anymore.

I booked for 3 rooms to be cleaned at a special price of $129. I was aware the rooms cannot be greater than 16x16. The gentleman informed me that because the carpets were soiled, I could only have 2 rooms cleaned at that price. I was given a time window of 12-2p. He arrived at 2:15 (I was alerted he would be late by phone).
The total was $143 (seems there is a fee for water disposal that I was not aware).
The carpets turned out very well. I feel like I was misled, however, with the above issues.
Clean cut and courteous serviceman and excellent service. Love the clean smell and the way the machine revived my carpets.
Andy was terrific....on time, thorough, friendly, and ensured we knew what he was doing and our cost. He did a great job on our carpet, furniture and tile.
