I was pleased with the cleanliness of my carpet after treatment. The gentleman who performed the cleaning was professional and courteous. I will definitely use zerorez service again.
First, Zack was Great - Very informative, helpful, kind, knew his job and went to work. I had some questions and he answered them quickly and asked if there was anything else I would like to know. WOW, he was quick in his work - and I went over to a couple of spots in the traffic area and he said they would dry OK and the areas where there were dents made by the furniture he suggested to place an ice cube there and that would help to bring the fibers up.
I LOVE Zerorez and had used it at my other home and was very impressed. The drying time of the carpet was Fabulous. Actually, a few moments after he finished the carpet I stepped on it and there were No Squishey areas. Zack said that he went over the carpet several times using the extractor to get a lot of the water residue out of the carpet.
I will and already have told at least four of my friends in the neighborhood about this wonderful cleaning method. I will also be having my card club over on Tuesday and let them all know what a wonderful of a job was done on my carpet. I wish I had some cards to give out, but Zack was out of them. Give the Chicks on the Right a big plug because that is where I first heard about Zerorez and all they said on the show about Zerorez is TRUE. Thanks for having a Great person in Zack to do my rugs and thanks also for having a Great product in Zerorez.
Sincerely, First name removed l. Last name removed
Spot clean the dirtier places so that when the rest of the area is cleaned these places are not so bad.
Use a tool that gets around the edges of the carpet. In my case the carpet edges were not reached at all.
Technician on time, professional, and hard worker. Tevin explained all he was doing and why. The carpets turned out beautiful. We were very pleased with the treatment. Thank you
Very professional and polite
Great customer service! Carpets look great and pet spots removed.
VERY IMPRESSED , carpets look great, Andy was EXCEPTIONAL - very considerate and informative. I've given your information out already to a number of people! GREAT JOB will use your service again
The technician very informative about the equipment and chemicals he was going to use and did a great job for us.
So far so good! Did a great job. The technician was knowledgeable and courteous.
Technician was knowledgeable and thorough.
Return visit corrected my concerns other than the nonfunctional outlet.
Waiting on a manager for that to be resolved.
I didn’t realize that you couldn’t use water on some upholstery so I paid too much to not so clean chairs. I wish I could have known before.
The quickness of the dry.
That it doesnt leave any residues behind!
The technicians are so nice and friendly. They do the job quickly and well. The house smells incredible and the stains are gone. This company has cleaned my carpets a couple of times and the carpet STAYS looking wonderful! Love it!
The technician arrived within the time window. He was courteous and very professional, took care to protect my home from inadvertent damage. The entire process was faster than I expected but yielded excellent results. My carpet is nearly 18 years old and now looks almost as good as new. Zerores will be my go-to carpet cleaner in the future.
Professional and does a great job
Good Customer service! Timely and professional! Carpets looked great.
Convenient & quality work.
Great service and results
Great job. Very clean-looking. Andy was very thorough and explained what he did and what he was doing.
Matt did a great job on my gross shower tile.
The service techs were on time and were able to work though some mechanical issues to finish the job within our window.
The Technician was very nice and professional, but he said that he would move a few things, and I said that I would help. I was trying to stay out if his way while he was cleaning the carpet and assumed he moved a few things, since he didn’t ask for my help, he didn’t.
The technician was awesome and loved how fast the carpet was dry without no odor.
The gentlemen that came were quick and professional.
They did a great job on a dirty carpet. I was impressed by how great it looked after it was done.
On time
He did an awesome job!! Highly recommended!
My husband says our tech who cleaned was knowledgeable & did a good job of explaining of what he was doing, was thorough. My husband is more of a perfectionist and he was pleased with the job Tony (i believe he said his name was Tony) did. Tony also explained other services, etc, but did not do a "hard sell" (which we both hate). When I arrived home the carpets looked great. Yes, we would definitely recommend your services.
I like the fact that you use no chemicals and you clean the carpet with good water. The technician that came to our house was very professional and polite.
