My carpet doesnt look much better after cleaning The service technician was pleasant but he admitted he had only been with the company 4 months & grout was his specialty. My carpet is only 3 years old and we don't have small children or pets. Just 2 adults. Disappointed!
Friendly people, safe products around my grandboys. The smell is great and it really do clean well.
The company and tech both called to see if he could come earlier than scheduled - I raced home to be thered half hr earlier than scheduled. Corporate toldd me he wld be here at 130 but he didn't get here til 230.
The tech was nice but it didn't seem like he wanted to be here. I had to have him go back to go under a desk, move a small plastic wheeled cart and plastic tub, some small nightstands and an ottoman. Basically - he was just going around any object in his way which has never been the case before. Usually by other companies even the couch gets moved. Again - tech was polite at all times.
Wanted to try the zerorez magic solution but honestly doesn't seem to have had a big impact.

Appreciated the professionalism at every step of the way. Timeliness of representative on day of carpet cleaning. Fair pricing. Demo product given for free (carpet spot cleaner, which I used within two days because dog had an accident on my newly cleaned carpet - sad face).
Matt (the technician) was very courteous, professional, knowledgeable and was proud of his work. He did his best to make sure I was satisfied. The carpets are much cleaner than after the use of other professional cleaners we've used in the past.

Serviceman showed up on time. Was very professional in explaining the procedure. Asked if we had any special requests or concerns. Also was able to price out a job for cleaning an area rug, which he took with him. Carpets he cleaned look "brand new" even though they are 20 years old. Very pleased with our repeat experience with Zerorez. Thanks
That it doesn't leave a residue. I have not vacuumed since cleaning but in hopes that it is easier with less drag. All the spots did not come out. Dog urine but it may not.

The technician was very friendly and courteous. He told us it was his first job and he was still in training. That concerned and puzzled me a bit because there was no trainer accompanying him. He did pretty good.
