Great job on the carpets - one small issue backing out left a large rut in my neighbors grass.
I already am telling my neighbors about how pleased I am with Zerorez. Scott Hutte was friendly, fast, and professionally trained. I would definitely ask for him again. The carpet was completely dry by bedtime.

The service technician (Zach) was outstanding in the performance of cleaning the carpets. He explained clearly what and how Zerorez works.
The carpets look great and the associate did a good job getting out all of the stains. He explained what he was doing, and was very professional and friendly.
The Technition was very helpful, I was not crazy about the smell that was left as I have asthma and there was a spot that did not come out from the dining room to the kitchen.
I was very impressed with the determination the service tech displayed when trying to get rid of spots that had been ignored far too long. Excellent work!
The technician was able to remove some very bad stains from our carpet! Additionally, Zach was very friendly, professional, and explained everything very thoroughly. Hemade sure that we were completely happy with the service he provided.

The technicians seemed very thorough and efficient. Once I was able to look at each of the rooms and areas of concern, several small spots remained after all was dry. However the overall cleaning was good. Not sure if followup is possible for spots left behind?
We appreciated the timeliness even on a snowy morning. Both gentlemen were well spoken & courteous. The work was completed and looked great!

My Arlen’s always come out super clean. I’ve spilled wine and it comes out. I use an adhesive spray which leaves residue on my carpet. You are the only ones that can clean this
