This is the second time I used Zerorez and the technician was super polite, did thorough work, most of my carpets look great. Unfortunately, I had a dog pee accident in a small area of my carpet and after the encapsulating treatment and cleaning the area is sticky and does not seem to be improved. I went over the area using my little green machine and plain water and the water I removed was dirty. The carpet is only 4 months old! I understand pet problems are not warranted, but I'm disappointed that it doesn't seem like the machine removed the dirty spot and treatment.
First of all, agreed to be here at 11, showed up at 3. I had to call multiple times to see what was going on. Secondly, for the price I was just expecting more. It smells musty, like old carpet.

Jamal was polite, professional, and punctual. Carpet looked great when he was done. He didn’t over promise on 11-year old carpet and made sure I had realistic expectations.

My carpets didn't get as clean as I had expected. Some area were very clean but my previous company did much better and got them spotless. I even asked the guy if he could get the traffic area cleaner, he said no. I wanted to try you because my carpets didn't stay clean very long and thought I would try you since you have no residue. I gave them time to dry overnight, expecting they would look better after they dried. They didn't. Just disappointed with the result in the high traffic area.
When I make an appointment I want it for that day and time. Someone called many times before the appointment wanting me to change to Wednesday. Then Thursday morning they tried to move my appointment to later in the day because they messed up.

I scheduled my carpet cleaning for a Wednesday time frame 8a- 12n. I was very pleased that they could come around 8:30 am. I had 5 rooms and 2 staircases cleaned. Kevin was the person that cleaned my carpet. After he cleaned each area, he showed me the clean carpets and the problem area. He did the best he could with the problem area. I have been having my carpets cleaned every year with Zerorez. I am pleased with the cleaning of my carpet.
Our technician(Tevin) was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He even started on our recliner and downstairs to let my children sleep a little longer. Your product has a great smell, and fast drying! Our carpets look and feel fabulous! Would use again!

Great results with great customer service
My experience was very possitive with this company. They cleaned my carpet and got out the pet stains from vomit. The technician was very neat and thorough in his work, explaining everything at each step.
My one surprise is this company lists one price in their advertisment but then when you schedule tells you that there is an added fee for their empowered water. It is too bad that is not included in their advertisement!
I would recommend them but whether I ever use the company again I am not sure. They did as thorough a job as another company I have used for many years. My other company is a little cheaper so it is doubtful I would use Zerorez again but you never know.
My carpet looks great. Service is easy to schedule and is flexible on times.

The technicians have always been professional and up front with the work they are going to do, especially with stains. I never have felt there were hidden costs. I'm also impressed with the speed and results of the job done.

Matt did a great job- he was extremely thorough in explaining all my options and what would give me my best result.
