Quick response and got the carpet very clean.
Transparent and good communication
The service was good, however your truck left a large stain on our driveway. We are not happy about that!!
Zerorez does a great job everytime. They are trustworthy and I feel like everything is cleaner after they touch it.
Carpets were squishy after cleaning. Some areas took 36 hours to dry.
Very prompt service and did an excellent job on our carpets. DuWayne S. was our technician and he was great - very personable and friendly.
The technician was fine. Very courteous and professional. The problem is the machine on the Zerorez truck kept overheating and shutting off. It would only run for 2-3 minutes before shutting off. The tech restarted the machine about 6 times and I asked what was going on. He called somebody who told him to get a bag of ice. This whole process took almost two hours. The ice thing only helped for a minute.
We are selling our house. The tech showed up at the end of the window. He said he was running late because of a technician shortage.
I should have stopped the trial cleaning after the first couple of machine failures. The technician also should have stopped trying.
I question how thorough a job he could do with the machine constantly shutting off. Wouldn't you?
I needed the cleaning prior to home photos and showings. I didn't make a backup plan and I'm out of time. Showings start Thursday
You guys were my go to cleaners after a poor performance by Stanley Steamer years ago.

The technician was very kind, knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient. The scheduling was very easy to do.
Zerorez got out some stains that were several years old. I am impressed.

The truck was broken and I had to wait for another to arrive. It was the end of the day and the cleaning had to be rushed. Not all the spots were removed.

We had some very high traffic areas they needed to be cleaned prior to selling our home. They did a great job with cleaning it and no “crunchy” or “sticky” residue. It smelled clean as well! We also asked asked if they could add the stairway and upstairs hallway, no problem! They were on time and very pleasant! I would recommend this company 100%!!
The second try to get the spots out did not work. 24 hrs. after the treatment the spots returned.
The stairs were very wet. I have referred Zerorez and my neighbor also complained of the floor being very wet afterwards.
They explain what they will be doing and we're very professional. Did a great job!
You overcharged and did not clean well like last time
The tech did a great job and he was very professional. The carpets look fabulous.
So my floor still smells and it also has weird smell too after shampoo was done. My floor stayed week for almost four days and it honestly made my cats sicker then a dog and it was the floor because they never got sick like that. And yes I have cat pee on my floor but I used you guys once before and that guy did great and the smell was gone. This time around it was not as bad cat pee and it’s almost as if whatever was put on it made it stronger
