Technicians were very polite and accommodating. I feel they were diligent in their work. They were careful to go over spotted areas and welcomed my inspection. I am very pleased with the results.
I do think you should include in your estimate the extra cost of depositing the dirty water. It is a hidden figure.
Taking into consideration the condition and age of the carpet, we were happy with the results of the cleaning. There are no chemical smells and that's very important.

Was very impressed with the time Erik took to determine that ability to add the floor protection. We also have very recently painted the walls and he took extreme care not to create any damage. Was amazed at how well the carpet was restored with only cleaning. There is zero residue!

Our technician Andy was very courteous and professional. I have hired Zeroes before and love the fact that my carpets are dry and not crunchy when they are done. I was pleasantly surprised that he was able to remove several rust stains.
