Eric was super friendly and very knowledgeable. I was a bit skeptical that they could actually get the pet urine smell out of the carpet, but you can't tell that there ever was a smell. It's amazing!! I will definitely be using Zerorez for any future needs!!
Carpets were not as clean as I would have liked. I was not home and my husband paid to have them scotch guarded so I did not call you back.

Booked for 4 rooms and a hall. One of my rooms is a great room and I didn't know if it would count as 2 rooms. When the technician saw the space he said it would count as only 1 room, but the pricing couldn't be adjusted because I had booked for the 4 rooms and a hall. So I paid about $50 more for what was actually cleaned. The tech, Tevin, was great and explained everything when he was finished. (My son had started the appt and I was only there for the end) The carpet looked great and was dry in about 6 hrs. I would book Zerorez again

Great follow up, excellent service technician and good product
My original appointment was for 12-2 arrival time. I received a call to push it back to 3-6. I changed that to 4-6 due to another appointment I had. The person called at 5:50 to say he was running behind and was it still ok for him to come out. Considering I had removed ALL furniture from 4 bedrooms, I had no option but to have him come out. He showed up just before 6:30 and finished around 8pm. After that we had to wait until midnight to put the furniture back in the bedrooms so we could go to bed.
The work was great, people polite, but the timeline was way to over scheduled. If I recommend you, it will be with the knowledge that keeping the timeline is difficult for this company.

I had to reschedule due to health issues with my kids and I was extremely surprised there was a $50 charge to do so.
The gentleman that cleaned our carpets did absolutely phenomenal though. Wish he had his own business because I would use him all the time.
Won’t use your services again due to the $50 charge.
The technician I use is wonderful! He is very detail oriented and my carpets always look fantastic after he is finished. Very professional and polite!
