The TowardZero rep was very friendly and professional. He did a great job paying attention to detail and keeping me informed. His work was thorough and quick.
Even though the website said no openings were available until next week for carpet cleaning, I got a call the next day and they worked me in that very afternoon. The tech also sold us on tile cleaning and did all of it the same day.

Fast, efficient and effective cleaning
The technician and service was great. I had a stain he worked on. Unfortunately the day he worked on the stain was very cloudy and overcast. It looked like the stain was completely gone but the next day when the sun came out part of the stain was still visible. What would it cost me to have someone work on that dirt stain again? Thank you.
I like the way the carpet feels, but some situations may need strong detergents. Also, apparently, not good for furniture upholstery containing cotton.
This was my first time using your company. I have my own machine I use at my home often and it works very well. I hired you to clean my deceased parents condo before I list it for sale. The second bedroom closet was not done during the first appointment and the edges still looked very dirty. I did call and voice my concerns and you came back to redo. I had put my own spot cleaner around the baseboards before he came back out. Those areas looked slightly better the second time. The closet that I did not pre treat still looked dark around the edges. I then sprayed my cleaner around the entire edges and took my machine over and got a lot of it out. The water in my tank was very dirty even after you had cleaned twice! I feel like the majority of the carpet looked very nice, but since I had to do those edges myself after two tries, not really satisfied:(

Give your technicians a credit card swipe machine or company phone, not comfortable w credit card photo and info on a privately owned phone 😳 Tech Was very curtious, carpet looks very nice.

VERY THROUGH AND HELPFUL
The all natural system,not using soap that leaves a residue. And the fact that it seems to dry faster. The end result is fantastic
I have several dark spots that are still on the carpet that I was hoping would come up. Not sure how to make it right, other than to possibly provide a discount on the service I received.

I was told pet's urine stains would come out of my wool rug and they did not. They did take the rug back and clean it again; but stains did not come out.
I really liked the carpet being soft & clean without the stiff residue like with some other cleaners. Also the technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. Good service & results.

Good cleaning service, they missed a couple carpet edges at door way into laundry & powder room. The area rugs cleaning on site an those done at your facility was excellent. I have already spoken to two neighbors with recommendations. Also the drying time is best we have experienced. Keep up the good work.
