We have used Zerorez many times for carpet, rugs, upholstery and tile. We have been very pleased every time we use Zerorez. I made the appointment while out of country and my wife was home during the appointment with the kids and thing couldn’t of gone smoother. The office called two days prior to confirm the appointment. Erik called to inform us of his eta and showed up within the window I was given. Just like every they come out, he wore his shoe covers, used corner guards and moved the fan to ensure the carpet would be dry before he left. Erik also asked about my concerns and issues and pretreated all areas of concern I had. We do not let many servicemen or women in our home unless I am there at the time of the work being done but we have always felt comfortable letting Erik or the Zerorez crew in our home. Erik was courteous, polite and professional. He also took the time to interact with our kids and even got suckered into a little playtime with our two kids. Erik explained the process and gave us tips on how to maintain not only our carpets but other services they offer. Looking forward to scheduling our next appointment!!

Carpets are always clean and fresh after cleaning. We also appreciate the carpets are "wet" after the cleaning and dry pretty quickly.

The technician who came out was very friendly and professional and he worked extremely hard and did a fantastic job. I was a bit surprised to see he was by himself though. He did our entire new house by himself and it took about 3 to 4 hours. For a job that large I was expecting a crew of 3 or 4 guys to help. But like I said the tech worked extremely hard and he did a great job.

Very very thorough. Went over each area 4-5 times. Zach worked continuously. For the first time in many years I feel my carpet is clean.

Excellent customer service and cleaning

The technician emailed a list items he was supposed do of which only did about a fourth of the items. I told me that your system doesn’t use harsh chemicals in process, and asked me if I wanted my carpets cleaned or the “pet stains” removed, and wanted both. Also I have laminate wood in the entry of my home which butts to the carpet and he pulled a strip of molding up and didn’t not fix it and said he sent a message to his supervisors and have yet been contacted by anyone. Overall this a truly very bad experience with your company.

Thomas arrived punctually and explained what he would do. He didn't waste any time and did a fantastic job cleaning our rooms. The carpet is much cleaner than I expected and even some of the worn parts came out looking good. I liked the spray application on stained and spotted areas he did first.

I would use this service again.

I was very happy with Thomas, our carpet cleaner. He told us about products available but did not pressure.

Andy did a great job again!! He tried an area of my grout in the kitche to see if I would be happy with it and then gave me an estimate. I had him clean the tile, grout and seal the grout. It looks great. I had him look at my bathroom grout and he was honest to tell me that it wouldn't look much better if he treated it!

I was pleased with the service. Everyone was helpful and pleasant to deal with. I received prompt phone calls keeping me informed with what was happening. The man arrived exactly as he said he would, he always wore his shoe protection and treated our property as if it was his own. He was extremely nice and pleasant. The carpets look great. I had five rooms done and he was here for only a couple of hours. It did take the carpets longer to dry but it was a humid day. The only drawback with my referring friends from here is the $500 minimum to come this far out. I will tell them to call you and you can discuss it with them. Thank you so much.
