The carpeting cleaning portion of the job was fine - but the person that cleaned the carpeting spilled a white powdery substance on my drive way and left it. When I called to report it (not knowing if it was harmful) I was told it was the substance that is mixed for pre-treatment. I was also told that I could simply clean it up.
It is poor customer service for an employee to spill a substance onto someone's driveway, leave it, not inform the homeowner and when I call to report it, I'm told that I can clean it up? I didn't pay Zero Rez to come out and make a mess so I'd have something to do ...

The technician was super friendly and thorough
I had my tile and grout cleaned on WED Feb 7, the tile looked great but the grout did not. I made a homemade solution cleaner of warm water, baking soda, ammonia and vinegar. Lightly scrubbed the grout and the results were 100x better than your $240 service!
To make it right, refund me! I have pictures of before and after!
There are a lot of spots on the carpet that didn’t come out

Customer service and friendliness of staff is wonderful. Service people have been very congenial and easy to talk to. I had a few spots on the floor that needed attention and they were still in need of attention after the cleaners came through. Perhaps a good idea would be to go back after the cleaning with the client and make sure trouble spots were taken care of.

Seems to do a good job, carpets are almost dry when they leave, smells and feels good.
When we spoke to the representative to ask for an estimate of cost we specifically said we had pet urine problems in the entire area that we discussed(basement). We were quoted $215 for the cleaning. When the technician arrived to complete the work he informed us that the quote was only for a basic carpet cleaning and would not include any treatment for the pet soiling. This felt very shady and like a misrepresentation just to get the technician out to our house. At no time during the initial phone call was there mention of additional costs to treat the pet soiled area. We wound up paying almost $150 above the original quote. Please be up front about costs. I would only recommend your services with a huge caution to ask about 'extra or hidden' costs for the services that someone is requesting.
