Prompt service. Was on time and finished in a timely manner

The man who came to clean the carpet was 1.5 hours late. Our appointment was scheduled between 2-4pm, and it was after 5pm when he finally showed up. We were really counting on someone coming between the time slot given. Also, when he got the big fan out, he laid it face down on the carpet instead of placing it upright, which I would think would help dry the large living room area quicker. The carpet was really wet when he left.

If we use this company again, I would really hope someone comes when they say they will. Also, I would like to see more fans, set up properly to facilitate dry time.

The communication coming from the company was very limited after we did not hear from them in the 10-14 day window they gave us. When we called to find out where the carpet was that was being cleaned at the facility, we were given few details and told we would get a call in the next two days. We did not get a call and ended up calling again to find out what was going on. Finally, we got a detailed explanation of what was going on. Had the details been given to us up front, we would have appreciated the extra effort to get our carpet clean. The lack of communication was very frustrating and not a good way to begin a relationship with a client. Even if the rugs are great when we get them back, I am not sure that we will ever use your service again because of the poor communication. Also, because of that, it is not likely we would recommend this company to anyone.

Zach, the technician, was prompt and provided very good service to clean our carpets and upholstery. We have postponed having this cleaning done due to problems experienced with other companies. The rug and upholstery dried quickly and stain removal was excellent with Zerorez products and procedures.

Carpets look great and our technician was awesome! This is our first time using Zerores and we definitely will be back!
