It is possible to over communicate when the conversation is not authentic. My experience was that when I called to schedule the appointment (the third time I have used ZeroRez in less than one year) ther customer service representative was not listening. She asked twice “why did you choose us” even though I said I was a returning customer. Then I got a call asking me to schedule my next appointment since it had been sometime since my last appointment 3 days after scheduling an appointment (that “some time was a month ago?) I shared I recently made an appointment for what I needed - and then the call turned into a “confirmation” call. Then received muliple calls, text and email confirming the appointment even after that.
I share as I have been in customer service for a long time and something about the system is not working properly. Quality systems lead to good customer care and people - good people - lead to a genuine experience. My technician (Andy) was kind, thorough and communicative and well spoken. If he’d was prepared in knowing I was a return customer- and that I have had the same pet treatment done each time - it would have saved him from “selling” me on the various products. People should talk to people not from scripts. Hope this is helpful. I love the product, appreciate the process - just want a more personal experience.

Technician was very courteous and efficient. He was mindful of our belongings and was thorough in his work. We like the product due to it's lack of toxicity and residues, as we have pets. This was our second time we used Zerorez, but it will NOT be our last! I recommend Zerorez to friends and relatives.

Products do a good job of cleaning; carpeting does not stay wet for too long.
The citrus smell was too strong. I would not recommend it. Be sure to to tell your clients that it will last up to 24 hours in the house.

Great customer service and awesome results!! We could actually watch all the dirt as it was pulled from the carpets. They look like new again and the drying time was very quick.
