As i explained in my email response last week, when i was given a quote on the phone i included stairs in my request, was given a price of $199, but was charged $283, an extra $70 for stairs. I wont be using your service again

The technician was very professional & explained everything thoroughly. He even helped me find the best solution for my budget. Our carpets turned out amazing! Spot free, feels new, & our whole house smells fresh! I love that the carpets dried pretty quickly & we don’t have to worry about harsh chemicals.

Andy was very knowlegeable and explained how everything works in a way that I could easily understand. I didn't even realize how dirty the carpet in our new house was until he got done cleaning it! I will 100% recommend Zerorez to anyone needing carpet cleaning service, and will be scheduling again when we need it!
The worst results ever. I wasn’t satisfied the first time so you sent another person out that SKIPPED THE ROOM THAT NEEDED RECLEANED. When I scheduled the appointment, I told customer service that I could not do it until 4. I received a call at 12:40 that the technician was on his way. So disappointed in my experience. Would never recommend. And my carpets ARE STILL NOT RIGHT!

The rep that came out to our house was great (can't remember his name at the moment). He was very knowledgeable and was also very helpful when it came to our options for the carpet. I will continue to recommend and use zerorez in the future.
Carpet looks great. There are a couple stains that I think maybe needed some extra stain remover and didn't realize til it dried.

Our carpet still smells like cat urine and when we had technician come back second time to fix issue he just sprayed treatment but did not clean carpets again as we discussed over phone with manager.
