I didn’t realize that you couldn’t use water on some upholstery so I paid too much to not so clean chairs. I wish I could have known before.

The technicians are so nice and friendly. They do the job quickly and well. The house smells incredible and the stains are gone. This company has cleaned my carpets a couple of times and the carpet STAYS looking wonderful! Love it!
The technician arrived within the time window. He was courteous and very professional, took care to protect my home from inadvertent damage. The entire process was faster than I expected but yielded excellent results. My carpet is nearly 18 years old and now looks almost as good as new. Zerores will be my go-to carpet cleaner in the future.

The service techs were on time and were able to work though some mechanical issues to finish the job within our window.
The Technician was very nice and professional, but he said that he would move a few things, and I said that I would help. I was trying to stay out if his way while he was cleaning the carpet and assumed he moved a few things, since he didn’t ask for my help, he didn’t.
The technician was awesome and loved how fast the carpet was dry without no odor.
The gentlemen that came were quick and professional.

My husband says our tech who cleaned was knowledgeable & did a good job of explaining of what he was doing, was thorough. My husband is more of a perfectionist and he was pleased with the job Tony (i believe he said his name was Tony) did. Tony also explained other services, etc, but did not do a "hard sell" (which we both hate). When I arrived home the carpets looked great. Yes, we would definitely recommend your services.

You weren't able to get them clean to my satisfaction. I had asked to not send the same guy that cleaned them the first time. I was told that a different guy would come. YOU SENT THE SAME GUY!!! Disappointing
I am not sure why howeve a couple of hours after the tech left I had a horrible smell in the house. It smelled like a wet cleaner.
