My carpets are worse than when the technician came. My beige carpets have a grey cast to them and look dirty and stains are now there that were not originally. It is such a horrific job I should not have been charged.

Guys did a great job and were very thorough. Acted as if they actually cared to get the tile and grout looking great again. Professional and friendly service as well. Price was great and did not seem rushed or indifferent about the job they were doing. Were here when they said they were going to be and took great care to protect cabinet corners and walls. Great overall experience.

This is the second time I’ve had Zerorez come out and once again they were great! Very knowledgeable of products and stayed true to the time frame they were supposed to arrive. I will have them out again!
I like the fact that you use no chemicals and you clean the carpet with good water. The technician that came to our house was very professional and polite.

First, Zack was Great - Very informative, helpful, kind, knew his job and went to work. I had some questions and he answered them quickly and asked if there was anything else I would like to know. WOW, he was quick in his work - and I went over to a couple of spots in the traffic area and he said they would dry OK and the areas where there were dents made by the furniture he suggested to place an ice cube there and that would help to bring the fibers up.
I LOVE Zerorez and had used it at my other home and was very impressed. The drying time of the carpet was Fabulous. Actually, a few moments after he finished the carpet I stepped on it and there were No Squishey areas. Zack said that he went over the carpet several times using the extractor to get a lot of the water residue out of the carpet.
I will and already have told at least four of my friends in the neighborhood about this wonderful cleaning method. I will also be having my card club over on Tuesday and let them all know what a wonderful of a job was done on my carpet. I wish I had some cards to give out, but Zack was out of them. Give the Chicks on the Right a big plug because that is where I first heard about Zerorez and all they said on the show about Zerorez is TRUE. Thanks for having a Great person in Zack to do my rugs and thanks also for having a Great product in Zerorez.

Spot clean the dirtier places so that when the rest of the area is cleaned these places are not so bad.
Use a tool that gets around the edges of the carpet. In my case the carpet edges were not reached at all.

So far so good! Did a great job. The technician was knowledgeable and courteous.
The technician did a good job. What put a bad taste in my mouth about your company was the hidden fee's. The advertised price for the job was 130.00 for 3 rooms. I only had two rooms done, and my final price 170.00. I also didn't like the not once, but twice threat of a 50.00 cancellation fee. Those two things gave me an overall bad impression of your company. The tech who did the work was the only saving grace to the whole experience.
