Tevin was great! He was very professional and carefully explained everything to us prior to even getting his equipment out of the truck. He was open to our questions and very good about satisfying our concerns.
Our carpet was much dirtier than we thought and now looks and smells very clean. I have every confidence that it will remain than way for a longer amount of time than if cleaned with soaps. We also added the protector so that should add to the time between cleanings.
Overall, we are extremely happy with Zerorez and will use them again when the need arises.

The technician was very professional and did a great job - he was able to remove wax stains from a candle that had tipped over. I would definitely recommend Zerorez, and will be using your services again.

I still have every stain I had before he came. The pet stains are gone that I showed him but he did not do his due diligence to find spots on his own. Do I have to show EVERY SINGLE STAIN? When I rent a machine from Lowe’s I do a better job than what was done for me. $200 I spent! I moved a piece of furniture for him to clean under and he started packing stuff up before I could move it again for him to clean under where I moved it. I caught him and requested he clean the area as well.. I mean good grief! Use common sense! I would never use you again and will tell anyone who listens to not use you either. Maybe it was the guy who came - he did not represent your company well.

My carpet looked great without having the odor of harsh chemicals. Customer service was top notch.

I wish the stains would have come out more but overall I was happy with the worker and the experience.

Carpet (even 15 year-old carpet) looked and smelled great! after the treatment! Love that there's no chemical fumes or "crunch" from soap residue that we'd often get when using our own carpet cleaner (even after lots of rinsing). This was so much easier, and the results were much better.

All the stains are removed.

The technician was very nice and polite. He did a great job and worked very hard. I liked that it dried much more quickly than traditional carpet cleaning methods. I was pleased with how well stains were removed.

Shane was very professional and polite. When he was done with our carpet, we felt he'd done a very thorough job and that our carpets were as clean as they could be. He was upfront and honest, unlike the scam artists I've been dealing with at Stanley Steemer the last few cleanings. I had a very negative opinion of carpet cleaning services after Stanley Steemer, but now feel confident in Zeorez's cleaning method.

The service technician took his time on some trouble areas and was able to get the stains out. Other carpet cleaners were not able to remove the stains.

The technician was cordial and thoughtful - this is no reflection on him. The disappointment is in the product itself. We had pet issues that we wanted addressed in our carpet and when it dried (the next morning!) we could smell pet odor considerably worse than prior to the treatment. The technician had stated that we could pay the 'upcharge' for the 2x2 area of extra cleaning if we wished after I already upgraded to the $50 extra clean/protection for the entire room. I had expected better results than what we received. After spending almost $200 on Zerorez services, my situation has not improved.

Also, when I called to book the appointment I had stated that I wanted our bathroom laminate cleaned as one of the rooms to service. When the tech arrived he stated that he didn't do that type of flooring and that I'd need to schedule with a different technician. So that room did not get cleaned as I'd hoped.

I was very pleased with the cleaning. The technician explained whole process clearly and completed job efficiently. Did walk thru before and after, found spots that needed extra attention and told me what best recommended treatment to do. I also appreciated that the home office called to let me know my appt was going to be at end of time window because technician running behind. I will definitely use Zerorez again.

The service technician (Zach) was outstanding in the performance of cleaning the carpets. He explained clearly what and how Zerorez works.

The carpets look great and the associate did a good job getting out all of the stains. He explained what he was doing, and was very professional and friendly.

The Technition was very helpful, I was not crazy about the smell that was left as I have asthma and there was a spot that did not come out from the dining room to the kitchen.
