My carpets are older and I really didn’t have much hope that anything could be done for them I have used zerorez before another carpeting in the house and I have never had carpet stay clean as long as zerorez cleans them. My basement carpeting and stairs are a near Miracle In appearance they are so soft and so much brighter they almost look like brand new carpeting I just could not be more pleased

The tech who showed up were very nice and explained the process thoroughly. They did their best to make sure everything looked great. When finished the carpet looked fantastic and wasn’t crusty like other companies I’ve used in the past. Well dine!
Love the service and the product and how well it cleaned my carpets. Now the furniture cleaning was just okay and way over priced for what I received, but overall happy and would recommend to a friend.

My carpets are clean and they start the drying process with there fans.
I was disappointed in so many ways. I called to make an appointment. I told your staff I wanted the special 3 rooms for $129, I asked to add scotch guard and said I wanted to have my kitchen tile cleaned. I was told my total was $217.
When the man came to clean he told me that she had only include $1.00 for the kitchen as they have to measure. I was not provided a detailed estimate and she did not tell me they would have to measure and that she had included only $1.00 as a place holder for the kitchen.
He measured and said it would be $130.
He asked if I wanted to call the office and I said no, I just want to cancel the kitchen.
He cleaned my carpet. The carpet was wet and I did not go in to inspect it and from standing in the entry it looked pretty good
This morning I noticed 3 spots in the dinning room, spots that had only been there for a few days that he did not get out
Then I noticed a couple of spots in my bedroom that he did not get out
I am very disappointed.
I told the gentleman when he first got there I had just purchased the house. Please no, I am a female. He was very polite and did a great job on the carpet. However, as soon as my boyfriend got there, I no longer existed. He only spoke directly to my boyfriend and would not look at me. He even looked too my boyfriend to sign after I provided him with my credit card. It was honestly the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen

Service was fast and efficient. However I felt as though there was an odor of dirty water left in my house that is still lingering 36 hours later
