Professional, on time, and very polite. Did not attempt to push any additional cleaning. Did make recommendations and explained but was not over bearing.
I love how clean they are after the treatments. It is night and day. The carpet fiber protectant is the highest quality out there- the carpet where it’s been treated looks brand new; we can’t wait to use ZeroRes in the future!!

It’s a long lasting result.. usually I have to have cleaning done 3or4 times a year and there product gets me through only 2 a year..,and works. Maybe a little more monies up front but last a lot longer.. with a pet in house that’s awesome..

He was ontime, did the best job on my boat carpet. It looks great and was the first time I had the carpet cleaned on the boat. I will use them again. Nice guy and worked continuously until he was done and happy with it.

Carpet did not appear any cleaner than before. Other cleaning companies were able to clean heavy traffic areas. Apparently your process does not. Worst job we've ever had. Won't be back and will be sure to let friends know our experience.

Our technician, Brandon, was very professional yet friendly. He explained everything to us, did demonstrations and explained our charges when he was finished. I had him come back to do a couple touch ups and the staff was helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Zerorez and will definitely be using in the future!
