Zerorez did a fantastic job of cleaning our sectional couch and two large area rugs. The majority of heavy use including 4 years in college and 3 years of a Bernese Mountain dog were removed in an afternoon. We were able to use both again in as little as a couple hours afterward.
Your price based on the outcome was awful. When the gentleman came I said I wanted the floors to shine again. For over $500 I got about nothing in return. I do not plan to use you in the future.

The carpet looked great! I felt like it was very clean. The carpet cleaner was very professional and very knowledgeable of the products and the process.
I have a couple stains spots which I didn't notice before but do now. It would be nice if they could be removed.
