Everything was fine
The biggest thing I like about zerorez is, I use an adhesive spray in my sewing room. This sometimes can end up on my carpet and attracts dirt. Zerorez is the only company that has been able to get this out
Not only was the carpet noticeably cleaner, but it was so soft. Softer than when it was new!

Matt was great. He was very considerate, careful and informative! Just feel your prices are a bit high. Would like to do furniture and tile cleaning, but your prices are a deterrent. Basic carpet cleaning prices are not too bad, but I got nickeled and dimed over stain issues.

Very prompt. I usually rate a company on how they handle complaints. I was having company and my stair carpets were wet beyond the time suggested. I called and asked for a couple of heavy duty fans and it was taken care of asap. Really appreciated how they handled it and the attitude.

The carpet came out very clean. The technician was very professional, knowledgeable and kind.
The service was amazing and my carpets look like new except for one stain that came back and I need to call and have them come out. I will be using them for the rest of my home soon!
