No chemicals and professional service. Shane was great!
You did a really good job and the carpet felt and looked great. I was especially impressed with how the stairs looked afterwards. There was a really fresh smell through out the house for the next few days that was a light orange scent. The only reason it's a 9 and not a 10 is because you are more expensive than your competitors and I was hoping the dark line along baseboards would come out more. The associate tried really hard to get all the stains out and was extremely courteous. I would give him a 10.

We were very pleased with the carpet cleaning that was done by Zerorez and the young man, Matt, who did the application. We intend to use them again.
Service is good, but scheduling is horribly bad (and honestly has been consistently bad every time we have attempted to schedule - except when done directly through the GM). Made an appointment for my business which was confirmed. Received a call the day before to confirm my confirmation - which makes no sense. When my business called to confirm the already confirmed confirmation, secretary had the wrong day and had it listed as a residence. Also the number to call was incorrect or not given to the service person, so we did not receive the 30 minute call prior to arrival.

Easy to schedule, carpets are clean!!!!! The technician paid attention to stained areas I️ didn’t even see and walked me through for a thorough inspection.
It’s clean and quick. No upsales that I don’t already know about. And it dose not leave my carpet wet for days and days. Oh yah and no weird soap

I love that there are no harsh chemicals used-I am sensitive to them. And my carpets look like new after Zerorez comes by! I am beyond thrilled with the results! They always value my time and make me feel like their most important client!
First this has nothing to do with the individual who serviced the carpet. Like 99% of all other carpet cleaners you do 99% of the carpet. The .5-1 I ca Area next to the trim and wall never get touched. In fact dirt gets pushed there. I used a vacuum hose to suck up dirt and things in the corners before cleaning. After cleaning o got down on my hands and knees with a damp Cloth and wiped out all these corners. 15ft in 2 sides and 12 in the others. The water in the sink was black, there were 10-14 floating insects and numerous other particles pushed into the corners. No ONE cleans my house better than I do.
The technicians are always professional and courteous and the carpets look great.

Zerorez technicians are always friendly and professional. Tevin did an excellent job. With a baby and dogs, it’s nice to know our carpets are not only clean, but they weren’t cleaned with harsh chemicals or soaps.
The communication is excellent. The fact that the carpet is not soaked during the cleaning process is a plus.

Zerorez' response to my first bad review was very professional and you could tell you wanted me to be happy with your service. I received a call right after I submitted my feedback with a call on how can they make it right! They came back and rinsed my carpet again to see if that will make the carpet softer then what it currently was. It did make a difference, but it wasn't that bad after the first process, just not what I had expected, BUT still clean.

I had three carpeted rooms cleaned by Zerorez yesterday and they look GREAT; however, I thought I had originally scheduled to have four carpeted rooms cleaned (and I frantically moved the extra furniture, etc. from all four rooms prior to our cleaning on Tuesday). After the work was "complete" and the Zerorez man had left, I realized that the fourth room hadn't been cleaned--he and I had never even talked about it that day.
I called Zerorez within two hours and let them know I either couldn't count or had mis-communicated the number of rooms I needed cleaned when I made the original appointment, and I asked what it would cost to have someone do the fourth room. I was informed that the minimum charge for any job is $132--so I would be paying $132 for the fourth room when I'd only paid $199 for the other three rooms combined. This seems like a bit of a rip-off to me, especially when it is not clear whether I originally asked for only three rooms to be cleaned or whether the Zerorez person who took the call made a mistake in scheduling us for only three rooms. I feel a more appropriate response would have been to waive the minimum requirement and charge me a more reasonable price to clean the (very small) fourth room.
