My carpet was not crunchy

We have used you before and it was good and thorough. This time not so thorough. We
do have an older carpet but more was done the first two times than what was done presently.
The young man was very nice.

I can't believe the difference between before and after. They actually got almost all of the dog stains out. "There was one stain that was so set in." They even got that one most of way out.

I like the fact that you do not use soap so there is no soap residue. I also like the time that your technicians take in cleaning and explaining.

We love the toxic-free carpet cleaning, and we really appreciate the knowledge, friendliness, and professionalism of the technicians.

I like the zerorez manner of cleaning our carpets and would certainly use them again. Their communication in setting up the appointment was excellent and Andy was very knowledgeable and patient in describing the process.

Professional on time friendly did a good job

First, Shane did a great job on the carpet that was cleaned. He was pleasant, careful, and meticulous.

But, my frustration comes from having two area rugs that were NOT able to be cleaned, as one appeared to Shane to be wool (it was not), and both were on hardwood floors.

In the two different telephone conversations w/Zerorez personnel, or the numerous e-mail and text communications, it would have been well if someone had asked the composition of the rugs, on what they were placed, and explain the issues related.

Technician was excellent, informative, polite, and friendly. I like that I do not feel an residue/chemical/shampoo/soap - rooms just smell neutral/the way they should.

Technician is always friendly and listens to our specific needs. Quick and attentive.

You didn't call me with an appointment time 2 days before my scheduled appt. When you called on the scheduled day and asked if you could come early and I agreed and the technician called to say he would be there in 35 minutes. you then delayed him from coming over an hour without letting me know. this shows that your customers are not important.

The technician was extremely kind and the work on the carpets was exceptional.

The guy that came to clean our carpet was very friendly! He explained the entire process and gave us several different options once he looked at our carpet. As some companies do, he did try to up sell us to a more expensive service, when we explained that we weren’t interested he didn’t push it and gave us a pamphlet with the info in case we wanted to look into it in the future. Our carpets look great and we already told several of our friends about zerorez! It’s awesome to be able to have our dogs be able to walk on the carpet and not have to worry about them getting sick from any harsh chemicals! We will definitely be using them again!

I paid for the addiitional pet odor treatment and the room still smells of urine. I would like it retreated.
