We had a great experience with your carpet cleaning. Our carpet looks and feels great. Trim did an excellent job with no mess and was done in a very reasonable time frame. The price was competitive to others that we’ve used before. I moved everything back this morning and our carpet is dry.
The pet deodorizing liquid smelled too strong! it still smells!
The tech took his time on my clean--two and a half hours on two carpeted rooms and a massive sectional sofa. They have never looked better!

Had to have a do over on my carpet because the carpet was still dirty. Tech wasn't very happy about the re do and had attitude but I can appreciate that someone who is attacking your work as being less than.
We were very pleased with the service and outcome of the cleaning of our carpets. Andy and Rob explained every step and showed us pictures after they vacuumed the carpets. We would and have recommended Zerorez to our friends and family. Thank you again Andy and Rob for a job well done!
Zach did a fine job. Our 25 year old carpet looks better than I thought it could. The carpet feels cleaner and looks cleaner than it ever has after Stanley Steamer. There was no furniture or woodwork damage. I’ll definitely be calling for the rest of the House.
Not only do my carpets look, feel and smell clean, but stains I’ve tried to get out just disappear. And the technicians are always so nice and provide excellent customer service!

The technician was very prompt and was very nice. He was in and out in the allotted time frame suggested. We had a few spots return after the carpet dried and I called to have Zerorez come back out within the 30 days to touch those spots up and the appointment was set up seamlessly.
