My carpets look amazing!! I am so surprised how clean they came! The guy was very nice and professional! My favorite thing is he did not try to upsell us! He was very careful of how he treated our home!! My carpets dried fast! I will never use another company!

My stains both old and new look gone when the carpet was still wet after cleaning but after it dried they mostly all came back. I never had stains not come clean before. Since I am new to this house I don't know if it is the carpet or the cleaning process. But at this time I have decided to replace the carpet as cleaning didn't work.
I am a long time user of Zerorez. Their carpet cleaning is the best and the employees who come to my home are always wonderful to deal with.

I’ve had zero Rez to my home multiple times and always have great results. With multiple fur babies in my home it’s important to keep carpets fresh and they always deliver. I’ve had technician Eric at my home the majority of the appts and he’s always courteous. That man deserves a promotion with his selling skills and professionalism!

Your technician did a wonderful job once he arrived. However, he arrived after 4:30 when we had a 12-2 window, and i never received a call during our window advising that the technician was so far behind schedule. I had to call around 2:30 to check in, and then it took another hour to get a call back with any info. If you have a 2 hour window that you are going to miss by 2.5 hours, a courtesy call is a very reasonable expectation.
I have recommended your service to several of my clients. I own and operate a house cleaning service. This was my first time of actually using your service at my own home. I guess I had high expectations and results. The "travel path" stain in my guest room was only lightened but not removed. A few of the spill stains in the master bedroom are still there. I did appreciate seeing the dirty water while the carpets were getting cleaned. Our carpets had a lot of deep-down dirt! I hate to complain, because I don't like hearing complaints from my own clients, but for the money spent I would have liked all of the stains removed.

Really clean carpets for a reasonable price. My tech, Brandon, was knowledgeable and friendly. He made sure I was involved throughout the whole process and explained every step. I really like the machine that brought up the nap of the carpet and also dislodged the cat hair.
