Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
There was absolutely no sticky residue in the carpet once it was cleaned. The carpet cleaning tech was on time, very professional, friendly, explained everything that he was doing during the process, worked very hard to remove every stain in the carpet and seemed to genuinely care about the job he was doing and wanted to make sure I was happy with it. The price was very reasonable for the work that was performed. This was my 2nd time using Zerorez and I would recommend them to anyone.

The young man that did our carpets did a fantastic job! But carpets felt like we’re walking in a swamp. He got here close to5-5:30... said they would be dry by 11 pm.. I had two fans going all day yesterday.. by 5 pm Last night Saturday they were finely dry!

Matt, the technician was wonderful and did an Excellent job. My carpet is not new by any means but looks so much nicer. The carpet even feels different than when it has been cleaned with whatever other companies use and then call it clean. He even got out a coffee stain that I did not believe anyone could ever remove. All areas of the home with carpet were cleaned to perfection. He took great care in what he was doing. The sofa is cleaned perfectly, as well, which is not what I have experienced from other companies who leave furniture entirely too wet. The sofa was nearly dry when he left. I will not hesitate to use Zerorez again.
Outstanding job cleaning our carpeting and furniture. Thomas, who performed the service, was marvelous. Very hard working, knowledgeable and highly professional. These guys were on time, did great work and invoiced exactly what was quoted.

Well we are almost 24 hours cleaned. One spot is sticky and there are 2 spots where there is still dirt on the carpet ininbedded.
The first time we had Zerorez (2016?), the gentleman explained the procedures and products used, asked us where there were any spots that needed extra attention and he put protection under furniture legs. The serviceman this time did none of the above. He was a nice young man and we don't want to get him in any trouble, but it would be good to let him know these problems.

Lock the house as instructed when you leave. Was told that you were licensed and bonded and that you did not need me to be there when he left that he could close the doors and lock them. This did not happen
I appreciated you sending Matt to re-clean my carpets. They were not cleaned thoroughly the first time. There was a definite improvement the second time and he used the rotator brushes which wasn't done the first time.
No chemicals
The technician did a great job and told us which stains he could not get out. It do however think your service I a little pricey compared to the vendor I used every 6 months. I just thought I wanted to see how you did. I also think we should have been told of the $14.00 water disposal. This fee was never mentioned when I called in and was given the pricing.

Only half of the bedroom carpet was cleaned. When I slid the couch front ways it was not cleaned under it. A 5 inch strip by the door was not cleaned. Someone can come back and finish the job at no cost. I am not paying any more..
