Great service and explanation about what was being done!
The gentleman that came was informative and courteous. I really like the fact of no chemicals were used. There was very little odor from the process and my carpets are very soft and look great. Thank you for cleaning my carpets.) I will definitely recommend Zerorez to my friends and family.))

This was the first time we have ever had our carpeting cleaned without the use of soap or a cleaning agent. The result is so much better and it looks cleaner and dried faster. The technician Chris that came to our home explained the process and was very personable. He took extra care and did not leave any mess or evidence that carpet cleaning equipment had even been in our rooms. Friends had recommended your company to us and we will do the same.

Like the fact that no chemicals are used on the carpet and that the tech used shoe protectors when coming inside the house. Also liked the explanation of how the process works. Thought the tech, Thomas Bunnell, did a very good job. Would use Zerorez again to clean my carpets.

The area in my lower level that I paid 525 for to do pet smell removal has dried and still smells. I cannot afford to pay again for a job that was not completed correctly the first time
