No heavy soaps in the carpet

Brandon showed up on time and was very nice. However, I don’t believe your product worked. After my carpet was dry, it didn’t look any different. The dirty areas were still dirty. I took a bottle of Spot Shot and sprayed some areas. Using an old white T-shirt, I was shocked at how much dirt came off the carpet considering it had just been cleaned.

I do not have recommendations. I was happy with the service.

They were on time and that's important to me! My only problem the service truck had a antifreeze leak and it left a large stained in my driveway. Will I be reimbursed for the clean-up of the stained? Other than that was please with the service.

I have to admit this time the carpets got cleaned was NOT as good as last time. For some reason, by Wednesday the carpet looked dirty again. When we used your service in February they seemed to have stayed clean for a very long time, like a few months. Anyway, I'd use you again if we don't get hardwood floors prior to needing a cleaning, just hope next time they stay clean longer than 2 days.

I can't say enough about the gentleman that has come out to our home to clean our house. We have had the same person twice now. The first time we were moving into our home and wanted the carpets cleaned because the previous owners had a cat and 3 of the 5 members of our family are allergic to cats. The cleaning was amazing and none of use had any allergic trouble. The second time we had gotten a new puppy who did a number on our carpets. The technician not only did a fantastic job on our carpets but also had many helpful hints for spot cleaning our carpet. I have already highly recommended this company and will continue to do so.

It was quick and efficient. The technician was here when they said they would be and our carpet looks like new again.

Waiting to see if what your technicians did solve my problem with the smell of a dog. Won't know until our new carpet and pad are installed in the rest of the house.

Didn’t disappoint...very expensive...too many upcharges...didn’t work

Less solution is used and the carpets dry quicker and appear to be cleaner. Technician seemed well trained, was friendly and very professional. He arrived on time and did a great job.

Tech was great but agitator was in the shop so he has to hand rake. Obviously thats not as effective and the poor guy has to work twice as hard. He also had a problem with the sprayer head being clogged which cost borh of us and extra 45 min or so. Please supply you crew with properly working equipment. Also, you advertise using an agitator therefore if one will not be available, call to reschedule so the customer get what they paid for.

My carpets are clean with no residue. The technicians are always very professional and polite. I have used Zerorez for several years and have always been pleased with the results. I have recommended Zerorez to many of my friends.

The guy was great but I was concerned about the water. We are used to everything drying in just a couple hours but this time is took 4 days!!!! 2 days for the main area and 4 days for the basement. Seemed very excessive. Is this normal?

I was not home at the time of the service but the technician called prior to showing up called to explain the situation and options for the cleaning and once arrived home everything loook acceptable. did a nice job

Our service was great, on time and very professional. The grout cleaning was awesome and made a big difference!

I like that my carpets are so much cleaner after done. They, of course, don't look that good for very long, but I have old carpets. I like that most stains come out. (red wine this time...oops!)
