We have used your carpet cleaning services and have been pleased. We even recommended you to our neighbors. That said, we are disappointed with the hardwood cleaning services for a number of reasons and I would not recommend having this service done. It was not the technician Erik’s fault. The equipment cleaned my floors but without the polyurethane applied they look no different. I called the office to explain. I was offered a 10% discount. I appreciate that however I still spent over $500 and I know that I can buy the machine used online at Amazon for just over $1200. At the time of scheduling I asked what the material was that would be applied and the representative did not know. I was told to talk to the tech. They were already here. I had already been rescheduled because the equipment was being serviced I needed to get it done Because I had cleared out the room awaiting arrival for new furniture. This was the only opportunity, so I moved forward. Polyurethane is not a zero residue material. My son is a two-time cancer survivor and I did not want that chemical in my home. It is a necessary step to make any progress on the appearance of the floors. Cleaning alone was not sufficient and in my opinion a 10% discount was not sufficient either it is a necessary step to make any progress on the appearance of the floors. But the bottom line is the floors do not look any different.
The truck broke while my house was being cleaned. I was told to call and reschedule to finish my partially cleaned house. When I called, I was told they would try to find someone to finish and would receive a call letting me know what time. I was never called back.

The gent who did my carpets was very nice...but I must say, I now really believe a fan should be used. We both felt the carpets looked clean enough....but after he left I realized one room in particular was somewhat soaked. I walked on it and footprints showed on my tile--- over 4 hours later! It even smelled the next day!!! My daughter said it could be the weather, the humidity, --- yes, that may be true. But I really now understand the need for drying as fast as can be possible, especially in summer, and a fan certainly helps. I had to bring home my dogs from being kenneled ($$$)....and damp carpets aren't good for my carpets or their skin. i have always used Zero Res, and certainly appreciate their nice servicemen--- I even request when the job is great--- but I do feel this last time was rather a letdown as far as aftermath in their product resolution. The house smelled "moldy" or damp...really rather rank after the cleaning....and certain stains became more apparent than before. I do not want to call out the service man cause he was really kind, but I do think, for some reason, this cleaning was not as good as other times. It made me wonder if Zero Res is cutting corners cause of their being so busy. If so, wrong business move, and I can't in conscience call you again. Darn.
The cleaning crew was very professional and did a great job! Pleased with the final cleaning of carpet and tile.

Tech was careful of new paint job throughout home and was very knowledgeable.
1. The gentleman that cleaned the carpet was very polite and friendly, but I had some coats that were hanging on a pole that were close to the carpet. He did not clean under there because of the coats hanging. I wish he would have told me that so I could have taken the coats off the rack and the entire carpet could have been cleaned. He did clean an area and then move a love seat for me so that area could be cleaned, which I really appreciated.
2. My living room carpet has stayed damp for several days, which is usually the carpet that dries the fastest.
3. I was surprised the individual that scheduled my carpet cleaning didn't mention the extra charge for the pet areas. I told her we had an inside dog which was one reason we were having the carpet cleaned. Once he got to the house he said the normal procedure would pull up that urine and my house would smell if I didn't do the pet cleaning step. I obviously wanted it clean, but my bill ended up twice as much as I was quoted. Also, there are still some urine spots that were not able to be removed.

I particularly like the fact that it is not filled with chemicals, as I have a cat who used to throw up on the carpet while it was still wet when I used Stanley Steamer. That doesn't happen now.
Also, I am very appreciative of Eric's efforts to get rid of all the spots -- I always request him because in my opinion he does the best job, Thanks Eric.
They were almost 20 minutes beyond the end of arrival time. Arrival time was supposed to be 8-8:30am but they didn’t arrive til 8:49am. We had all 5 kids (all under 6 yrs old) waiting in a van to leave for a family trip for 30 minutes. Had to wait til they arrived to leave. So we were behind schedule with 10 month old triplets getting fussier and fussier. Very stressful and inconvenient. They called at about 8:20 to say they’d be here at 8:35. Which was a wrong estimate too. Carpet cleaning was awesome. But the late arrival was very frustrating.
Love everything about this. Can’t wait to get hardwoods completed soon
