When my son moved into his new home, there was a large pet stain he needed removed. We knew who to call since we have been using zerorez to keep our home floors clean. Stain and pet smell were successfully rwmoved. Couldn’t be happier. Thank you Zerorez
First, the technician that was sent out was excellent! He explained things very well, was quite personable, and happy to address my questions and concerns.
My disappointment is with the Zerorez process and equipment itself. The entire area needing to be cleaned was a berber carpet. There places on the carpet that had spots as well as heavier dirt. I wasn't told until appointment time that certain equipment could not be used on that style carpet. I was also told that certain spots could not be treated because they were too old. Dirt that was up against the baseboard (about 1/2 to 1 inch away), couldn't even be touched by your equipment. I got on my hands and knees with just a damp rag and demonstrated that the dirt could be easily cleaned. So two out of my three areas of concerns (the general carpet area, the spots, and the area close to the baseboards) weren't addressed by your process.
Even on the general area of the carpet it was very clear that the process was very inconsistent. I could see bands of carpet that weren't hit at all. Some carpet was very wet while other sections were didn't appear to have been wetted at all. For these reasons, I'm not likely to recommend Zerorez to any of my friends or neighbors. Thank you. 1. When I scheduled the appointment I requested a morning window time for the cleaning and when they called 2 days before to confirm the appointment date I was given a window time of 3-6 pm. Had to rework my schedule for that day.
2. It’s very hard to reach anyone by phone. Have to wait on hold most of the time and I’ve just hung up several times out of frustration.
3. Odor is not out of my carpet and doesn’t seem to smell very much different than before. I will keep trying to call to get this rectified....
4. On a positive note the technician was very polite and neat as are the customer service reps when one is able to speak with them.
People, the residue free stuff you use. (Water?). Don’t like my carpet to feel crunchy after it has been cleaned. Dries quickly.
My carpets came out looking really clean!
Seemed to take a longer time to dry than I thought it would. But very happy with the results otherwise.
Young man was very professional, very focused, and asked good questions about what needed to be done to my carpets before hand. When done, he asked me to check the carpets to make sure I was satisfied before he left. I will definitely use Zerorez again, and would recommend them. Thank you very much. Vickie W.

I only gave a 5 out of ten based on the question. How likely would I recommend zero Rez? I'm in the service industry and I weigh all initial options equally. For instance, if the carpet is old and has high traffic stains like mine, I would recommend replacement. If the question was "How pleased was I with the service?" I would give 10 stars. I did not expect brand new looking carpets, I wanted clean carpets. I got exactly what I wanted.
I love how clean the carpet looked and smelled.
The technician was very thorough and explained every step of the process. Our 15 year old off-white carpets look SO much better and definitely gained a few years. It was our first time using Zerorez but we will definitely be calling them again and highly recommend their services.

I have used Zerorez previously & really like that there’s no soapy residue & the carpets stay clean much longer. I recommended Zerorez to my next door neighbor & she scheduled for the same day as my appt.

The carpets really look great and it seems like the house smells fresher when we come in the door.
Clean solutions without chemicals. I have pets who are sensitive to harsh chemicals and will often triggers seizures if used. With Zerorez, I can have my carpets cleaned without worries of future seizures.
Shane was so kind, friendly, and knowledgable about the products and how to get rid of stains. He also gave me tips for keeping my carpet clean. I didn't feel like I was getting nickel and dime. I trusted Shane around my children. I also love that my carpet looks great! Stains have been removed that another company told me they couldn't get out. And I love how the carpet feels nice and clean, fresh, and not-chemically clean.

After I get my carpets cleaned it always smells so fresh and my carpets look clean and fluffy.
It dries really fast & does not feel sticky! I did have to use hydrogen peroxide on an old blood stain after the cleaning, that's the only problem I've had
