My technician was outstanding.
Very good worker and timely.
Everything was done just fine except for the stairs to the basement. They were cleaned on Friday and they were so wet we had to put 3 fans blowing all day on the stairs plus all day I took 2 beach towels, and soaked up the moisture.
It was an absolute waste of my time and energy. And after we finally got the carpet somewhat dry (we were having friends over that’s saturday night) the cleaning didn’t accomplish the goal. The stairs are still sticky. The contractor who worked on our basement recently used that plastic protectant on the carpet (which has a sticky backing).
We either would like our money back or you need to come back and do a proper job.
Your representive was very dedicated and worked very hard. He could of used help as it took him a very long time.
We do still have one very serious stain in the family room.

Both techs on site did a great job. They were efficient on their work. They explained everything very well, and they were able to upsale me on some additional areas and add lines. As a business owner of both a retail store and a service company, I was very impressed with both techs and will definitely recommend and utilize Zerorez in the future. Great job!
Make sure technician has all supplies. There was just enough styrofoam risers for him to keep furniture off wet carpet.
The guys that come to clean my carpets were incredibly nice, thorough, respectful and considerate. We've had many people coming into our home lately to install items and fix things, and the employees of ZeroRez that we met were by far the best. Thanks!

Your technicians are always very professional & do a great job on my carpets. The carpets looked great & smelled great after cleaning. I've used you several times now & am always pleased with the results. The only issue this time was that the technician arrived 2 hrs outside the arrival window because of some scheduling problems. It wasn't a big problem for me, but could be for someone expecting arrival in the expected time frame. Regardless of the late arrival, your guy still took his time & did a great job.

Carpets looked so clean when finished. We also had some upholstery cleaned and it looks beautiful! We decided to add the protective spray so carpets stay clean longer.
