We have used other company’s. Thought we would try you guys. Carpets looked better but you did not get as clean as others in past. Our carpets are old and we are not expecting a miracle. The stairs didn’t look much different. We have a rug in family room. It is easy to see you didn’t get much of the dirt out. Other companies have done a better job.

Use your supplies, including the water, and you take away the dirty water to dispose. And the carpet is clean.

Carpet Cleaning is fantastic.

Tried the tile and Grout cleaning. It did not appear that your technology is that applicable to that type of cleaning. We did it again by hand to get to the final clean wer wrer expecting.

Zero Rez only did the traffic pattern in each room. Other places move the furniture (sofas, tables, etc), clean the carpet below them and then place the furniture on foam blocks. Zero Rez is kind of expensive for only cleaning the traffic pattern. Wish I would have known this in advance.

seemed to get out all the spots.liked that they vacuumed the carpet before cleaning.

Very easy to schedule with their friendly and knowledgeable service techs. They have always arrived within the specified time window. Carpets look better and house is fresher after the carpet service. I highly recommend Zerorez.
