Punctuality, good work and profesystaff
We had a very nice experience with our Tech Eric Norton took his time and explained everything about the Iced Tea stain we were needing to get out he worked his magic and got it out . We were talking with him though out the cleaning and w e discovered Eric was the son of someone my husband had worked with for years . Small world! Eric was very polite and took very Good care of us and we were totally satisfied with his work. He is an asset to your company.Plese pass on the compliments to him for us.
I like how clean my carpets look when you are finished as well as the friendly technician.
Price was higher than expected
Carpets were very clean. Almost every spot came out. We have lived here for 5 years and have never had them cleaned so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was very happy and my expectations were exceeded. I liked that everything was just slightly damp and not soaking wet.

Timeliness, professionalism
Wow in one of our rooms we have a beautiful wine color carpet that has had multiple teenagers, pets, etc. through that room over the years.
The cleaning made that carpet look BRAND NEW!! It hasn't looked this good since it was installed. It has been cleaned by other services over the year but none of them made it look like this.
Our family room carpet, relatively new, is back to its new form of feeling fabulous when you walk across it.
Our sectional is really old, so didn't come that clean but still looks a bit better. I should have probably saved the money and just used it towards a new couch (but that is NOT by any fault of Zerorez).
They took the time to really give it a great effort and we appreciate that.
While cleaning the entire house smelled great. The tech (Don) was friendly, worked hard and we appreciated his honesty up front with a few things.
The tech was very knowledgeable and cautious of the furniture. The products are as advertised the carpets dried without the normal crusty after feeling along without the chemical odors.

Totally dissatisfied with result. Understood ink may not come out of carpet; however, technician although very courteous was here less than an hour to treat stairs and 2 rooms.
Fee on phone did not include water disposal (?) overall not a value for service at all.

The Tech was own time, polite and spent time explaining what he would do. He completed the job as requested. I was hesitant to clean our carpets for fear of residue of chemicals that would be left behind. So releaved to have found a company like Zerorez. I love my clean rugs! They get 10 stars from me.
Prompt and efficient service. The most recent time was for tile/grout cleaning. The floor looks much better after being cleaned. Erik did a great job on it!
