The carpet took almost a day and a half to dry and not 4 - 6 hours like we were told. I was disappointed in the upholstery cleaning of the sofa. It does not look any cleaner. There are some dull spots on the parquet floor in the hallway just outside the family room which was cleaned. I have not gotten the luster back yet.
Arrived promptly, technician was knowledgeable and everything cleaned up great with a nice fresh scent! My neighbor will be scheduling.
We were very pleased with how well your technician was able to clean our berber carpet. He also went the extra mile and re-worked a couple of the bad traffic areas to really get them looking much better.
