Wished the carpet would have gotten cleaner in the traffic areas, but the carpet is old so can't expect too much.

The person who did the work was very nice and did a great job. However, I feel mislead on what should have happened. Most of the stains still remain. I felt that based on your advertisement you would be better at removing stains. I will use a different company next time.

He also took the time to explain the process and checked with us several times during the cleaning to be sure we were okay with how the cleaning was going and confirmed we were happy with the result. As a rule I don't recommend anything to anyone as it always comes back to haunt.
My only complaint with my carpet cleaning is that it was cleaned Friday afternoon (he left about 5:15) and it is Sunday at 4:30 and my carpet is still too wet to put stuff back!

The young man was professional and nice. He did a good job, like the previous team members did. The Zerorez cleaning method does a good job improving the look of the carpets, and it seems the dry time is less than our past carpet cleaners.
One thing that would be an improvement is if the staff/team members were trained to place a soft tarp on the hardwood floor (which would be provided by zerorez) because in all the times we've used zerorez I always notice that the hardwood floor has a lot of residue (doesn't seem like just water) that is a result of the equipment being on the hardwood. Therefore I know in advance that when I have zerorez come out to clean carpets, I will need to thoroughly mop the hardwood floor afterwards to remove the residue/water that is left behind from the cleaning equipment.
This is not due to anything the staff member did differently last week, as this has happened every time we have had zerorez clean our carpets. This is not a complaint about the man who came last week. This is an improvement that the management / owner should consider as part of the process (provide a tarp and teach/train the staff to put it down in order to protect the customers' hardwood floors.)

Carpet cleaner technician called and came earlier then scheduled, which was great. The three rooms were cleaned and the whole house smellef fresh. CCT didn’t try and sell me s bunch of extra things but was honest about the best way to clean the carpet. I will definitely use zerorez Shay
