Our carpet was super wet after the associate left. I didn't notice it with the fans on. My husband called to share with you our disappointment. Our total bill was 282.00 and we had to have 2 dehumidifiers for 24 hours. The carpet now feels crunchy.
The technician was very motivated and detail oriented. He was polite, professional and paid particular attention to the places on my carpet that needed the extra attention.

We know we have older light colored carpet and don't expect "miracles" but it seems like the carpet edges where they meet the metal strip at our linoleum still look not clean. The gentleman that came was very nice and moved back the furniture I had pulled out to get cleaned behind.

They do exactly what they say they are going to do.
Seemed to clean the carpets very well. Took a while for carpet to dry. From the ads on "Chicks on the Right", it sounded like carpets were almost dry when technician finished. But, they were not. As the tech explained, it took 4-8 hours for carpets to dry.
Very professional and cleaned carpets so well! Will absolutely use them again!

You just did my cleaning on tuesday and I haven't moved into my home yet. The carpets look good but I haven't had a chance to really experience them yet. The main drawback with using your service is the minimum charge to come to Pendleton. I can't call you for a couple of room or chairs. That is the main reason I would hesitate to recommend you to my friends.
