My only experience with your company to date is for estimating a carpet cleaning job that our property is gathering information on for the 2019 expense year. I feel that your pricing is within competitive range however the estimate format we received was laid out and details provided in a choppy or unorganized manner. We had your technician evaluate three buildings on our site and it was difficult to review the estimate and information provided to determine cost per building and areas.

Better job on stains
I started using Zerorez 6 years ago because of an ad I heard on the radio. They are what they claim to be. Exceptional service and the quality of their workmanship is by far the best in the industry. The best part is that they don’t use harsh chemicals when cleaning so there is no residue to attract more dirt.

It was amazing how much dirt we do not get up with our vacuums. Also, we were able to walk on it right away and was safe for my Great-Grandaughter to call on. The Tech. Was very polite and efficient. Zerorez will be my go too. 100%. Thanks to Deb at 95.5 WFMS
Does a very good job on older carpets. Gets most if not all the traffic pattern grime out.
The tech didn’t call before showing up, didn’t use any type of protection on his shoes the entire time cleaning while going in and out of the house. Lastly he asked if he could use our restroom after the first 10 minutes of arriving. Which would typically be ok if just a quick pee however it was not that and quite foul smelling and took quite awhile for the smell to go away. I was a little disappointed he didn’t make arrangements prior to coming to someone’s home. Also, in the midst of using the bathroom broke the toilet paper roll, attempted to fix it, however was unsuccessful. Just disappointed with the professionalism.
Our carpets always look wonderful after they have been cleaned. Your technician was extremely professional and helpful. He is a hard worker!
